Two people cut the line and the manager lied about they "called in" to make the order; and later changed her story about those two being a regular and this happens often and did them a favor, and now the 3rd time she changed her story again this time their mobile order isn't working. And that gives them the right to jump the line in front of 8 other people. Manager's name is RajiThe management is unbelievable and threaten to call the cops because I demanded an explanation.

The lady who made bagel, wraps and sandwiches just gave the food to random people not even checked the order number.

The customer service is pathetic, the person took my order & did not even repeated my order to me. The person taking order was rude as well, she was not able to keep up with me while taking order & said STOP that’s not how you do customer service. Is it me over-expecting or Tim’s Coffee Shops are like these now-a-days?

I always come to this branch. The girl who took my order was very kind and always ask for points card first before the payment . She and her partner was communicating to make their duties well. Excellent!

I had a bad disappointing experience with the service I received at 1571 Sandhurst Circle location in Scarborough. Today, I visited the store and placed an order for $20 with this lady JEGA at the counter. As a loyal customer, I always request to scan my QR code to earn points, but unfortunately, this request was not fulfilled for the second time.My order comprised a Sausage and Egg Farmer's Wrap meal, a blueberry muffin, a small French Vanilla, a Sausage and Egg Croissant, and a Chocolate Croissant. Despite not complaining in the past, I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention now. The staff at this location should prioritize customer satisfaction and exhibit more politeness in their service.As someone who has been a long-time customer, I must say that I am deeply disappointed and feel let down by this experience. ??

Absolute chaos! The place is busy but it’s because of the lack of organization and proper service. They might be able do simple tasks like coffee but if you order anything else expect to get it half done and wrong. Two meals each had missed product like the fries or the donut. When I pointed it out I was told she didn’t charge me when in fact she did. Two meals came out to $23.00 +. The coffee was wrong. The line up is all over the place. I can go on but save yourself the aggravation and the sloppy food.

I asked for half double double and half French vanilla but they gave me double double with extra sugar as if French vanilla is just extra sugar in coffee . I went back and told them the coffee is totally bitter like only double double but with one extra sugar in it . There is not even drop of French Vanilla in it and I have had half double double and half French vanilla many times and it taste like nothing that. They made me feel like as if I am asking for free coffee. I just wanted what I paid for.You really should check on your employees.

Went on January 13, around 17:17. Really bad attitude. I was waiting in the line, the two people who were at counter looked at me, and were still laughing, taking to each other. Nobody went to the cashier and took my order.When I was ordering, the lady who helped me really gave me an attitude, I felt offended! After I ordered, she didn’t let me to pay and just went straight to make my order, I kindly notified her, and she gave me an eye roll?!I go to this place a lot, and liked your other employees’ attitude. But after today, I wouldn’t come back, their attitude really offended me!WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I usually come to this location and have recently noticed that the cashiers cancel the option to redeem rewards after scanning and when it comes time to pay. Kind of a shady practice since this happened twice already. Maybe they’re afraid of losing profits.
