“she sells a lot of loose leaf teas. she sells all kinds. white, black, oolong, dan chong.....i love this place. she speaks cantonese. you talk to her via a speaker phone outside. you cannot enter the store. it's tough to really know what to get. you can order online. there is a lot of tea and it's kind of all over the place. she has a lot of loyal customers that know what they want. i know what i want and she knows me.

this place also roasts their own teas. their own blends and roasts.

give them a try. visit them. a very cool store for tea.

“Absolutely loved my experience at Flowers & Bubble Tea! The bouquet I got was stunning—vibrant, fresh, and beautifully arranged with a lovely mix of carnations, ranunculus, and baby's breath. The colours were so cheerful and perfect for any occasion. On top of that, their bubble tea was just as delightful—refreshing, flavourful, and perfectly balanced. “Went, for the first time, to the recent one in Staines today. Super friendly and wonderful customer service overall! My boyfriend and I was served by Sarah and she was lovely! The food was divine (had the chicken kebab wrap) and the gelato was lush! Highly recommend!!“

“Went there on 25th June at closing time to order a bunch of bobas. The young girl working there was very patient and made all the different orders perfectly. 10 stars to her customer service skills. They make good bobas but her customer service has won my business for this location for life.“

“This gem of a Cafe is located next door to my house which is lovely bonus. Tesco is an upscale Phillipino Cafe and serves top quality hit and cold beverages as well as sandwiches and crepes and other goodies . I assumed the man behind the counter was the owner, unlike most employees who work the counter in Eateries, Drew appears invested, in my experience there, he is friendly, clean and knowledgeable, always willing to help o customer out, with directions or bus schedules. Always an enjoyable experience. And the price? Not overly cheap. But for high quality food, exllent service , great location, and relaxation, I'm willing to pay a few dollars more. Not always but in this case that old saying holds true. You get what you pay for. So try it out this weekend

“The food was so good! I found them at the CCCGT 2026 Food Festival, and I'm so glad I gave them a try. The portions were huge, the prices were great, and everything was delicious. I was one of the event organizers, and their booth was busy all day. I heard so many people saying how good the food was. Definitely worth checking out!“

“For a food court cafe, the food and drinks served here are of top quality and great value for price. We had Hai Nan chicken rice, chicken steak on spaghetti in black pepper sauce, iced lemon tea and hot Yin Yeung. We got a free bag of freshly made hot and crunchy egg waffles by spending over $30. It was excellent!
We enjoyed this meal a lot and will be back to try more items on their extensive menu!“

“Favourite tea shop since 2010!“

“We had a wonderful afternoon tea experience at The Victoria Cafe, King Eddy. If you're looking for a traditional British experience, this place is one of the few in the city that offer it. The service was the best part of the afternoon. BIshwarup and Abdul went out of their way to make sure we captured every pertinent moment of the tea, and they even told us other rooms within the hotel to check out. At one point, the restaurant manager even came out to introduce herself and tell us a bit about the experience/hotel. The food was great, as to be expected from such a reputable establishment. I've done many afternoon teas and most offer four savories and four sweets , but we got five each here. Of the three tiers, the savories were the best. The only aspect of the tea that wasn't excellent was the room. While it was adorned nicely, there are no windows/natural light, giving it a bit of a drab feel. I will not hesitate to return or recommend Victoria Cafe to anyone.“

“I ordered the Spicy Pu-Erh Beef Green Tea Noodle Soup and Jasmine Milk Green Tea. The beef noodle was delightful, the noodle was fresh, the soup was flavourful with perfectly balanced spice level. The beef was tender and outstanding, however I found it a bit too skinny, could be a little bit more fatty. The tea was fragrant and relaxing. Service was very polite and professional. The environment is very elegant with wooden design and beige seats. I would definitely recommend this place and would be coming back. Great for a place to work, hangout, or just a regular lunch/dinner.“

“I couldn’t see Mango Slush on the menu but it’s my favourite drink and was my friend’s birthday so I really wanted to get it for him. It was made pretty quickly and tasted really good. Only kinda bad part was they couldn’t accept a 50 dollar bill which my friend had but I guess that’s understandable. Overall it was pretty good!“

“Good atmosphere for a hangout or grabbing a solo seat.Drinks tasted and looked good. There were a few creative options like their Tiramisu bobba drink. They do run out of Tapioca pearls, though, as a few other people mentioned as early as mid day. Prices are average compared to other bubble tea chain stores anyways.“
