“I recently tried Tea Shop 168 at Yonge and Steeles through Too Good To Go, and I was pleasantly surprised by how worthwhile the experience was. The value you get for the price is excellent—generous portions, good variety, and fresh quality.

While I initially visited because of the TGTG offer, it’s the kind of place I could easily see myself coming back to regularly if I lived in Toronto. The drinks were flavorful without being overly sweet, and the overall selection was solid, with plenty of options to suit different tastes.

If you’re in the area and looking for a dependable bubble tea spot that offers great deals and a satisfying experience, this is definitely worth checking out.“

“Ordered a Hong Kong French toast. It was made to order. The wait wasn't too bad. Less than 15 mins. Tasted hot and fresh. Topped with butter and included a side cup of syrup. It came with an HK milk tea. Milk tea was top tier. Very hot, but I liked it! I could tell the tea wasn't old pre-made tea thats sitting aside, unlike some places. Combo total was around $12. Ate the food right away in the food court. I would return again!“

“Good atmosphere for a hangout or grabbing a solo seat.Drinks tasted and looked good. There were a few creative options like their Tiramisu bobba drink. They do run out of Tapioca pearls, though, as a few other people mentioned as early as mid day. Prices are average compared to other bubble tea chain stores anyways.“

“The food was so good! I found them at the CCCGT 2026 Food Festival, and I'm so glad I gave them a try. The portions were huge, the prices were great, and everything was delicious. “I ordered the Spicy Pu-Erh Beef Green Tea Noodle Soup and Jasmine Milk Green Tea. The beef noodle was delightful, the noodle was fresh, the soup was flavourful with perfectly balanced spice level. The beef was tender and outstanding, however I found it a bit too skinny, could be a little bit more fatty. The tea was fragrant and relaxing. Service was very polite and professional. The environment is very elegant with wooden design and beige seats. I would definitely recommend this place and would be coming back. Great for a place to work, hangout, or just a regular lunch/dinner.“

The downside of this shop is that the outside and inside environment could have been better.

“I couldn’t see Mango Slush on the menu but it’s my favourite drink and was my friend’s birthday so I really wanted to get it for him. It was made pretty quickly and tasted really good. Only kinda bad part was they couldn’t accept a 50 dollar bill which my friend had but I guess that’s understandable. Overall it was pretty good!“

“I have bad experience with contacting head office customer service. I have emailed them over 5 times, from the contact us page, and sent a message through social media. No one gets back to you. Very disappointing. However to at Kennedy commons, Emily and Sophie, addressed my concerns and corrected what needed to be corrected. Emily and Sophie has always greeted me with a smile and made sure my drink was always made to my satisfaction. They are the true assets to coco bubble tea brand and deserve rises. Thank you to Emily and Sophie for stepping in and taking care of my problem.“
