I came here to do grocery shopping and my brother and I ordered the Lychee Jasmine Milk Tea w/ jelly and we love the taste of it! I appreciate the staff for their speedy service in making our drinks. The only thing that upset me was a mother and daughter took so long to order their drinks that it felt like I was at CoCo Metro Square.
My partner likes it, so I have to like it too.
I have bad experience with contacting head office customer service. I have emailed them over 5 times, from the contact us page, and sent a message through social media. No one gets back to you. Very disappointing. However to at Kennedy commons, Emily and Sophie, addressed my concerns and corrected what needed to be corrected. Emily and Sophie has always greeted me with a smile and made sure my drink was always made to my satisfaction. They are the true assets to coco bubble...read full review
