Really great mom and pop shop if you would like to give your business to a small company. Super friendly and will accommodate you with anything you would like to modify in your drink. Always fresh ingredients and great advice on things to try out. Seating is limited and they tend to store a lot of their boxes in the back seating areas, blocking off some tables from customer access. Would recommend for take out if you are in the area and want some bubble tea!
I got the red bean matcha, it was not too sweet which I appreciated. I wish they had smaller cups, even the smallest available was huge and also, the service was really really really slow. I think I waited about 20 mins for 2 drinks!

One of my favourite bubble tea shops! I always order their crème brûlée cake milk tea and it never disappoints.I’ve been coming here for years and the owner always provides amazing customer service! ☺️
