Amazing pizza and great customer service from Lavi. I had to get a pizza near closing time and Lavi made the best pizza and provided the most professional and kind service to me! I will be back again!
I only went here because i had a Pizza Nova gift card but the pepporoni pizza i ordered was not worth the long wait and the staff member was unfriendly and constantly on his phone. This establishment needs to train their employees on customer service. I won't blame him for the quality of the pizza but the service needs to be better.
Honestly, we always come here and we've had no problems but when we came here today, honestly we were literally at the front counter area and the guy didn't even see us after we said excuse me like 3 times, he was scrolling on TikTok. I mean I get it, you got no customers and you wanna chill out but when the customers are literally there trying to get your attention for 5 minutes, like that isn't what good customer service is from stores.
