While most experiences are positive, one customer had a mixed first visit. A vape wouldn't charge past 5%, and the employee initially tried to blame the customer, only offering a 15% discount. However, after the employee called the owner, the owner allowed the exchange. Another customer found Vincent amazing and super helpful for finding a vape juice and coils, calling the store a hidden gem with great prices.
