I have no problem with this coffee shop however while have my coffee today a young man that works in this shop just threw his candy wrappers on the floor and walked away to the back of the restaurant. I was so disgusted.
I work across the road at The Beer Store so I am a regular customer at this location. The staff is very kind and always does their best even despite of some general understaffing issues (retail life, I get it). Considering the waves of people you get at certain times and the other stuff you have to deal with, I can’t give enough thanks to the staff here. They also make the best ice cap in the city :)

Generally I like Tim Horton's food and the employees always try their hardest.My only issues with this location are with the building itself. There is only one set of doors and being a corner location, whenever the doors are opened in winter the entire restaurant is flooded with cold air.
