“Studied here for a few hours yesterday and had a really nice experience! The staff were super friendly and welcoming.

I ordered a London Fog, a sausage croissant, and a classic cookie. Everything came to a little over $20, but if you’re just getting a tea and food, you could probably keep it under $20, so it’s not bad for a light lunch.

I’ve tried their cakes at the dt location before, especially the grape cake and tiramisu, and both were really good and creamy not overly heavy. This time I wanted to try something different, so I got the sausage croissant. It had corn and cheese inside, and they were able to heat it up for me. And gave me knife and fork. It was actually really good!

I was a little worried about the cookie cuz I’m not a huge fan of overly sweet cookies, and I personally prefer chewy cookies over crunchy ones. Luckily, it was chewy in the middle and had nuts, chocolate, and other toppings. Surprisingly, it went really well with my London Fog.

The cafe itself is really cute and close to the TTC station. There are around 6ish tables, although only a few have outlets for charging your phone or laptop. Luckily, my laptop was fully charged, so it wasn’t an issue for me. I don’t see a washroom there, but there is a washroom inside the mall.

Overall, a cute little cafe for studying, grabbing a drink, or having a light meal. I’d definitely come back!“

“We came here and had a pleasant experience. Our group ordered the strawberry matcha and black sesame bingsu. The black sesame bingsu was delicious, rich, and came with toppings that complemented the dessert. The strawberry matcha bingsu was also delicious! The service was quick, but I felt the large black sesame bingsu could have used more ice cream, as we only received one scoop. I also think adding more strawberries would make the strawberry matcha bingsu even better. Overall, it was a good experience with delicious bingsu!“

“Even though I work in the Yorkdale mall, this Tim Hortons is my favourite out of all the locations I’ve been at. The environment is so friendly and very clean. There’s a lady that’s always super nice to me and she’s the highlight of my mom’s and I mornings. Super recommend this location and the staff to anybody!!!“

“We visited Cafe Lunar on Thanksgiving Monday afternoon and ordered the Ube Oat Drop and Vanilla Drop Latte. Both drinks were absolutely 10/10! The quality is on another level compared to many other cafes. The flavors are unique, memorable, and genuinely amazing. Whenever our group wants to grab coffee, Cafe Lunar is definitely one of our preferred spots.

The atmosphere is also fantastic. However, our experience was a little disappointing when we placed our order. The owner/manager taking our orders came across as quite rude. A customer simply asked him a question and received a very impolite response. We understand that holidays can be extremely busy and stressful, but maintaining professionalism and treating customers with respect is just as important during rush hour as it is at any other time.

Thankfully, we also had the pleasure of meeting Kyle, who completely changed the tone of our experience. He was incredibly professional, welcoming, and knew exactly how to treat customers. A special shout-out to Kyle! His attitude and customer service deserve recognition.

The coffee and atmosphere are outstanding, and we hope the customer service can consistently match that same level of quality. Huge respect to Kyle for representing the cafe so well! ❤“

“Today Jan 3, 2025 was my first time here. Beautifully decorated, Clean, generous size delicious baked on the premises blueberry scones, good coffee, friendly helpful staff and owner. I spent a long time working on the crossword puzzle sipping my two cups of coffee. I wasn’t rushed. Felt very comfortable. I wish them well, and I shall return for sure.“

“This was such a lovely atmosphere, as i walked in it was such a beautiful aesthetic with high ceilings and a floral aesthetic going on. It’s very spaced out, but I wouldn’t say there are alot of places to sit, and it’s hard to find a spot with an outlet, it’s more of a grab and go place or you can sit and chill with your friends. I got the iced mocha with almond milk and half sweetener it was pretty good mocha iced latte, it was a little bit more bitter than how I normally drink it, but it was drinkable ✨ they seem to have a lot more matcha options so this one is for matcha lovers“

“This was actually the cutest Starbucks in San Jose. It was super clean with a large seating area. Outside, there are many good trucks but they appeared closed in the mornings. But keep in mind that if you enter from Leslie Street, you will have to enter the paid parking lot, you can’t turn around without breaking rules, free parking 15 minutes, but you definitely won’t have enough time to make order. In general, my breakfast cost $14, and I paid $7.5 for parking for 20 minutes, it’s the most expensive parking in my life“

“Lovely experience at Paris Baguette! It was my first time visiting the Sheppard Young location, and I had a great experience. I got the strawberry shortcake, with fresh strawberries and a chocolate piece on top. The service and staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable too.
