Please let consumers know honestly if you don't have what they ordered instead of substituting with other items.My colleague ordered all chocolate 10 piece timbits, the person who took the order said ok, and we paid. After 2 mins, a different person packed the order and handed it to us. We went out to eat only to later find it was all mixed flavors (assorted). Old school customer service as soon as the employees see me they know my order. It may be a "simple coffee" but it is well worth standing in the 50ft long line for 30 mins. Busy spots like this need more part timers at least to cover lunch and breakfast rush hrs. Friendly staff.

Love their quick grab and go food selection. Tim Hortons are like Starbucks and DD. They are found everywhere in Ontario. For 3 days straight we came here for breakfast. I wish we had this back in the US.
