Ordered new Jones H Loop handlebars for my ebike & they are fantastic!Had an issue with Canada Post not bothering to deliver them to my house, so I let Dismount know & they sent me the best response I’ve ever gotten from a business so I would highly recommend them for their customer service & great pricing as well!
I recently made a purchase from this store online, and I have nothing but positive things to say about their customer service. Along with my order, they included a sticker and a heartfelt handwritten note, which truly made me feel valued as a customer. I will definitely be returning to this store for future purchases!
