Last year I purchased 2 surly ogres from Dismount. Pat was very knowledgeable, efficient and an all round nice guy. I was pretty fussy about the bike requirements, he went above and beyond to ensure the bikes were as requested. Excellent pricing and the quality of final bike build allowed me to come away with the feeling I got great value for money (that doesn't happen often). Thanks to Pat and the service team for your support during the whole process. Our first cycle tour on the new bikes went trouble free ??. The Rohloff hubs were amazing too!!

Ordered new Jones H Loop handlebars for my ebike & they are fantastic!Had an issue with Canada Post not bothering to deliver them to my house, so I let Dismount know & they sent me the best response I’ve ever gotten from a business so I would highly recommend them for their customer service & great pricing as well!

First visit to Dismount today and it was a great one. The location is convenient and they have a nice selection of accessories, but it was the staff that made the experience stand out. Alex was really helpful, engaged and pleasant to work with. He really understood what I was trying to accomplish. Looking forward to visiting again!
