I had such a great experience at Tim Hortons! One of the staff members a Black lady with red hair, working there was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, welcoming, and handled everything with such a positive attitude, even during a busy time. You can really tell she cares about customers and takes pride in her work. People like her make all the difference. Thank you for the great service! 😊
