Tim Hortons is a popular spot for morning coffee and pastries. The Confederation & Dundas location is known for its clean environment and excellent customer service. Staff members, especially the cashier ladies, are friendly, polite, and handle orders with care, making sure customers feel welcome. Customers often enjoy the delicious iced latte served by staff like Ms. Priya, who provides humble and courteous service. Although some customers note occasional long lines, the team maintains a positive attitude and good management, ensuring a pleasant experience. Popular items include the bacon farmers croissant sandwich, which sometimes comes with a missing hashbrown, but customers appreciate the overall good hospitality and the option for vegetarian meals like plain croissants with hashbrowns and chipotle sauce. Despite some past issues, many customers are impressed by the great service and plan to visit again.
