Amazing Indian food in the heart of Mississauga, Ontario. So many good things to say. Cuisine can be best described as Indian with some Asian flair. Tried too many dishes to list them all. A couple of highlights were the Gobi Chili (General Zso's Cauliflower), Chili chicken, butter chicken, Kulcha (Naan stuffed with sautéed onions), and the Indian crème brûlée. Food was amazing and the service was solid. One of the better Indian meals I have had in recent memory. Highly recommend!
It had been a while since we went to a good Indian restaurant so we decided to head over to this place.They're known for their live music, and presentation and quality of food and I'll say they mostly didn't disappoint in those two areas. We were on a North Indian food tour while in Toronto for 2 full days this week. It was a lot of fun trying the excellent choices and options in the area. Tamarind was a lunch stop on Day 2.They have an interesting variety and fusion-ish concept.
