Starbucks is a coffee shop that, surprisingly, doesn't serve much coffee. They have a limited selection of urns, and when asked for dark roast, the staff explained that they only serve medium roast in the afternoon. The server reluctantly offered an Americano instead, which was weak. The quality of the coffee is higher than some other locations, but the printer often has problems with online orders. Drinks are sometimes made incorrectly, and the staff is apologetic and quick to remake them. However, the taste of drinks can vary significantly every time a customer visits.
