I recently visited Tim Hortons, excited to grab my favorite coffee and a snack. However, my experience was marred by frustratingly slow service due to understaffing. Weird ordering from here. I asked for bacon and sausage on my farmers wrap and they said they can't do it. They can do 1 or the other. I said doesn't make sense why can't you just add one or the other. Lady said we are not a regular Tim Hortons. Makes zero sense why they couldn't add what I asked if they have the item.
