This is probably the best Tims in Canada ! The staffs working there bring it to the next level! I didn’t have much expectations at first but get totally amazed by the staff and food there (the only place that makes perfect double toasted English muffins and staff can remember your name and your order preference) my favorite staff there is Joyce (smart) Sahran (handsome) and Sonam( cool). Also I guess the manager there does a good job on training! Keep it up!

Nice place,fast service with friendly staff. It is close to celebration square but it get a bit crowded during festivals so expect a long wait time during celebrations.

I had an amazing experience at this location. I went to this location to complain about recent order, which I have ordered in Markham location. Instead of large double double coffee, they give me full cup of hot water, and I was in rush so so I could not go back to that location as I picked up the highway so I thought let me just give it give it a chance and ask And ask for one of the coffee at this location and I explained my situation to them and they were so nice and so helpful and they give me a coffee without any charge so I’m happy with this location and their service. Thank you so much.

Weird ordering from here. I asked for bacon and sausage on my farmers wrap and they said they can't do it. They can do 1 or the other. I said doesn't make sense why can't you just add one or the other. Lady said we are not a regular Tim Hortons. Makes zero sense why they couldn't add what I asked if they have the item.

Consequently, each step in the process took significantly longer than usual.While the quality of the products remained consistent with Tim Hortons' standards, the overall experience was tainted by the prolonged wait times. As a customer, I value efficiency and prompt service, both of which were lacking during my visit.I understand that businesses face staffing challenges, especially during peak hours, but it's essential for Tim Hortons to address this issue to maintain customer satisfaction. I would encourage the management to consider hiring additional staff or implementing better workflow strategies to alleviate the strain on their employees and improve the overall customer experience.In conclusion, while Tim Hortons continues to deliver on taste, the slow service resulting from understaffing detracts from an otherwise pleasant visit.

The early morning is very unprofessional, they guys just talking and talking it opens by 5 am but we have to wait 15-20 minutes just for steap tea. Now it’s happening regularly.
