The atmosphere was modern, clean, and perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The staff were welcoming, patient, and provided excellent service even when it was busy.

It was pretty good. The tapioca only came in the regular size with no other options. It got a bit chewy in the iced drink, which is normal, and I liked the texture.“

There is one staff member that stands out above all Tim Hortons employees and his name is Preet!!!! Preets effort in getting to know people (even though a couple of minutes in the drive-through) is impeccable. “Tucked inside of the Kennedy Square mall is this lovely banh mi shop. I stopped in for a quick bite, and grabbed a cold cuts banh mi for 5.50 (cash only). Delicious fare, good ratio of bread to meat to veggies and it's reasonably spicy if you get the pickled peppers. Not many places to sit inside but they seem to have other vietnamese classics. Hard to find food for as cheap and filling as banh mi, and banh mi brampton does it well.“

“I’m here 4-5 days a week for my medium double-double + everything bagel with cream cheese. Came in yesterday during peak morning rush and it was chaos — huge lineup out the door, floor hadn’t been cleaned yet, and the store was slammed.

Khushboo was on counter and she managed the whole thing like a pro. Even with the messy floor and stressed customers, her communication never slipped. She remembered my order, called it out clearly, and stayed patient while juggling 3 orders at once. Her serving skills are next-level!!!
she still took time to smile and say “have a good one” to everyone.

The store conditions weren’t her fault, but she made sure my experience was still 5-star. Employees like Khushboo build loyalty. Tim Hortons Brampton is lucky to have her. She deserves serious recognition for handling a messy, busy shift so well.“

“Very spacious and clean Statbucks, with prompt service. Drinks always taste delicious and orders are done right. There is space for a few more sitting options. Maybe a few more of the low, reclined chairs with a few tables, or another couch? There are already 2 couches, but there would be space for a 3rd one. Nice patio area outside. I love to go there for a chat with my children or friends!“
