“I literally cannot recommend My Tea Bar for events enough. My guests LOVED the service, quality and look of the bar. It was without a doubt the highlight of the day. Exceptional service, drinks and quality. Thank you SO much for all your hard work. It was absolutely incredible. Everyone was obsessed.

100% recommend for your next event!“

“Got the Peach Oolong Tea to go. I was told by the cashier the oolong flavour would be stronger, which I usually prefer since I like my tea flavour to stand out more than the fruit. It was pretty good. The tapioca only came in the regular size with no other options. It got a bit chewy in the iced drink, which is normal, and I liked the texture.“

“Beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff and really good tea. Worth checking out if around the area.“

“Jagriti provided amazing customer service! I arrived just before closing with my kids, and instead of rushing, she kindly waited for us and made our mango tapioca smoothie with a smile. She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. It's rare to receive such thoughtful service, and she made my visit a great experience. Thank you, Jagriti, for going above and beyond—I really appreciate it. Highly recommend this place because of employees like her!“

“Excellent food, service and great prices!! Nice to find a healthy menu.“

“Lovely Dufferin/Steeles location! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean and inviting environment and yummy drinks!“

“I had a wonderful experience at CoCo Bubble Tea, and it was one of the best bubble tea visits I’ve had in a long time. I ordered the mango smoothie, and it was absolutely delicious. It was fresh, perfectly blended, refreshing, and had a rich mango flavor that made every sip enjoyable. The quality of the drink was excellent, and it was prepared exactly the way I hoped.

What truly made this visit memorable, however, was the outstanding customer service from Faye. She was incredibly hospitable, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took the time to make sure my drink was prepared properly and met CoCo’s quality standards before handing it to me. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customers really stood out. She had a warm smile, a positive attitude, and made me feel valued throughout my visit.

It’s employees like Faye who make a great business even better. Exceptional customer service leaves a lasting impression, and she certainly did that for me. Because of her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring a great experience, I will definitely be coming back again and again. I highly recommend CoCo Bubble Tea, not only for its delicious drinks but also for the amazing service provided by Faye.“

“I had an incredible experience at Chatime today! The customer service was top-tier, all thanks to Elena. She was warm, super friendly, and so hospitable from the second I walked up to the counter.
Not only was my drink delicious, but Elena took the time to keep me informed about all the latest promotions and deals, making sure I got the best value for my order. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely generous and enthusiastic about helping customers.
Elena made my visit stand out, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location soon. Highly recommend!“

“This location is often busy, especially on weekends.

I tried the Red Bean Matcha Milk Tea at CoCo, which I really appreciated compared to the same drink at other brands 👍🏻🧋
The fruit teas taste really good and come with a wide variety of options. ✅

The service is fast, the staff are friendly, and the prices are reasonable.“
