What needs to be improved is unlike other Boba tea places, the brand lacks the option to choose sweetness and Ice levels, not all drinks come in a large which was a surprise to me (I rarely go to Alley), no slush options aside from their special which only came in a regular size

I got the taro ube and it was still way too sweet for me but the drink was aesthetically pleasing and the tapioca was made well.“

“A person who ordered after me got his drink first for no good reason. The person before me was not asked to show his ticket number but I was…..The workers seem unfriendly and stand-offish. They don’t explain how anything works and when you ask questions they seem disinterested…..makes you feel like a burden. The passion fruit drink was good but I didn’t care for the brown sugar milk tea all I tasted was jasmine. The place is nice but the workers are dry and I dont think it’s a personal thing….it just is what it is. Only went because my daughter really wanted to try it.“

“Really good and Yummy Juice ? Fresh juice with lots of choices and lots of combinations. Service was excellent. This place need to be more clean. Only one person to help the customer. It's a very busy place. It's hard to find a parking space. Lots of choices for Smoothies.“
