“Got the Peach Oolong Tea to go. I was told by the cashier the oolong flavour would be stronger, which I usually prefer since I like my tea flavour to stand out more than the fruit. It was pretty good. The tapioca only came in the regular size with no other options. It got a bit chewy in the iced drink, which is normal, and I liked the texture.“

I was in the store during one of your visits, and your review honestly doesn’t match what actually happened.

You were asked several times to clarify your sugar and ice levels and kept giving vague answers or changing your mind after the drink was already made. The staff were patient and kept trying to confirm your order so they could get it right. It's not rude service if someone is trying to deal with unclear instructions.

What was also weird is that you don’t seem to have the same energy when a guy is making your drink. I’ve seen you accept drinks without complaint in those situations, but when a girl is preparing it, you suddenly find issues and ask for remakes. As a customer myself, I think that doesn’t look like a quality problem, it looks like you picking and choosing who to criticize.

If you want a specific amount of ice or sugar, just say it clearly when ordering. The staff can’t read your mind, and blaming them afterward for following standard recipes isn’t fair.“
