“Yoooo, this is the first Chatime I’ve been to that has board games!! They don’t have a huge selection of games, but honestly, there were enough to chill, hang out, and play with friends. The drinks were pretty good, and they also have desserts! I was way too full to try any that day, but I’ll definitely be getting dessert next time I visit! Customer service was really good too, and they also have self checkout, which is super convenient.

“Went here to try the Dubai Chocolate Gelato, and it was really good! The only thing I noticed was that it was quite warm inside the store, so our gelato melted pretty quickly while we were eating 🫠🫠 Overall, I really enjoyed it. “Tried Chapayom's new Thai Tea Slush series and I was seriously impressed! I had the Thai Milk Tea Frappe, Mango Sticky Rice Slush, and Pandan Coconut Slush, and each one had its own unique flavour.

The Thai Milk Tea Frappe was rich, creamy, and perfect for Thai tea lovers. The Mango Sticky Rice Slush tasted like the classic dessert in drink form — sweet, refreshing, and packed with tropical flavour. My personal favourite was the Pandan Coconut Slush, which had a smooth coconut taste with a fragrant pandan aroma that made it incredibly refreshing.

“I have dined here twice at their Bank Street location twice. The first time I visited, it was to enjoy one of their delicious ramens for $10 while helping them celebrate their 3rd anniversary. My second time visiting, I enjoyed their new and delicious Black TanTan Ramen and their black sesame seeds that you can crush and sprinkle into your bowl of ramen. 🍜 Also, don't be discouraged by the colour of this ramen's broth, because of its greyish colour. It tastes much better than it looks. 😋“

It would be more logical if all menu items were equally customizable.

“Their seasonal Pistachio chocolate milk was better than expected! Pistachio taste in the pistachio cream foam is very strong and similar to the one in HeyTea lab. Chocolate milk itself is very dense and thick as well. A little on the pricier end, it was $10.11 for a regular size, but very tasty, creamy and milky.“

“One of the best places to drink bubble tea is THIS.
My most favourite ones are the Mango Slush with 3* tapioca pearls, the Signature Chocolate Bubble tea with 3* tapioca pearls and the Signature Taro Bubble tea with 3* tapioca pearls.
I have recently tried a new one; the Pina Colada shake with 3* tapioca pearls, that too is amazing.
So, this is my every single day go-to spot for bubble tea and I always, always prefer drinking here.

“Came for the Nikke collab. They have the postcards and drink sleeves, as well as the codes for pulls. Drinks flavours are ok; preference is the yogurt lychee one. The other one is pretty fruity tasting and has activated charcoal in it. Be careful drinking the charcoal one if you’re taking medication.

“I’ve been going here for nearly 7 years and they sell the best bubble tea ever! The owner and the workers are really nice, there’s a huge variety of drink flavours and toppings to choose from. Every drink is delicious and unique. It’s a 10/10 experience and I highly recommend going there.“

Their menu is extensive with categories like milk tea, smoothie, fresh milk, and fresh tea (black/green). They offer agar balls which isn't commonly seen in bubble tea places, but also offer lychee popping boba and the staples like tapioca, pudding and grass jelly. Customization is offered for the sweetness and ice levels. This bubble tea place shares the same staff members as the Sushi Place Restaurant. Their staff is okay with speed, they have the equipment to shake the beverages. Containers felt pretty sturdy. Good to satisfy the minimal cravings, but there are better options if you don't mind the distance.“
