The calm ambiance, music and adorable decor really enhanced my dining experience. When I walked up to order I was greeted with one of the nicest smiles ever, that made me feel very welcome. He was very kind throughout my stay. The food was awesome too, really satisfied the appetite and somehow, the bowl contained the juiciest Mandarin I've ever had! I don't know where they source their fruit but that piece of the bowl was mindblowing to me. Salmon was really fresh and good quality too as well the other ingredients. Overall, my visit made my week, 10/10 experience!“

No matter how busy and tired they’re, no matter what time of the day you go they always always deliver an EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Always smiling and ready with recommandations.I’d easily put this place in the top 3 best bubble tea in Toronto. High quality ingredients and amazing taste.I believe the Asian guy is the manager or the owner he is amazing. There was something wrong with my drink. He did not hesitate to take it back, acknowledge the mistake and make a larger size. My friend forgot his phone at the table, he literally ran to catch us and get him the phone back. Even there he apologizes for the mistake he made with the drink.I’d be coming here every time i crave bubble tea no doubt.“

“I went here a couple weeks ago because I was craving a bubbletea. While my bubbletea craving is still at large, I enjoyed my experience here. Walked in and it was instantly warm inside. Contrary to the weather outside. The young worker behind the counter greeted me with a smile, in spite of their preoccupation in making drinks. I asked her questions to help me narrow down my choice. I settled on a creamy mango with boba. With less ice and less sweetness. It was refreshing and satisfying, next time I will ask for 80% sugar because going down to 50% was too much of a drop. The place is pretty modern inside with an exposed brick interface, it kind of gave me the impression of being on a street in Taiwan. Outside they have this cute street post sign on the side of their building. All in all, service 10 outta 10, ambiance 10 outta 10 (although when I went the only other customer had left, so knowing how loud it gets, I was not able to decipher and that may impact this rating.) And drink... ah 7 outta 10. This is because it came out to be expensive for the size . Will try again.“

“I ordered the Oreo slush & tropical drink. I forgot to take photos of my drinks, but here is my summary:Oreo: topped with Oreo crumble, it’s basically a chocolate shake with some larger pieces of ice left that the machine couldn’t blend. There’s chocolate syrup drizzled around the cup as well. Overall, this drink isn’t really worth it unless you feel like getting it as the drink of the day.Tropical: this is my favourite (minus the price). Partly because I like all the ingredients inside, it’s quite good even at 50% sugar level. The only thing I have to say about the taste is that there is a chance that the white part of the fruits will be in your drink, resulting in a bitter taste when consuming.Summary: the worker was friendly and understanding, they even packaged my two drinks with a cardboard cup holder in the bag so it wouldn’t move as much. I’d say try this place for the drink of the day since it seems to be the best deal, or the tropical one.“

This one still had a sign advertising the Kosmos drink. Not entirely sure if you could actually get it. The menu is to the side of where your order because the width of panels is actually wider than the ordering counter - it's super small in there! There's a single table next to a neon sign that makes for a good photo opp. They did also have some seasonal drinks like a dragonfruit series that I didn't see until too late. I went with my old faithful, a peach green tea with bubbles. 50% sugar was really nice for me. It kept it so that the bubbles were still sweet and didn't have to compete with the drink. I was so pleasantly surprised by the food and the service and will definitely be back!Included in the images is their menu and deals. The menu isn't extensive but does offer lots of goodies at affordable prices and lots of combos for when you're hungry and need a treat. Example: Combo 2 - Snowbaby Lemonade + Snowbaby Hot Dog + Snowbaby Cone for $8 or just settle for a hot dog and cone for $5 (Combo 4).Our hands were full so I wish we could have tried a few other items on the menu. Here's a quick re-cap of what we tried.Snowbaby Tapioca Milk Tea ($4, good size, definitely bigger than a small). The tapioca bubble tea was flavourful. You can taste the tea, the milk, and a hint of brown sugar. I like that it wasn't too sweet and you get a generous portion of boba (not overcooked!).Brown Sugar Tapioca Sundae ($4, also good size and generous helping of tapioca/boba). Okay, I've never had this combination before from a store but it's decadent and fun to eat. The ice cream reminds me of a milk ice cream/yogurt that was sweet and paired interestingly well with the brown sugar and boba/tapioca balls. If you like sweet stuff and boba, you'll love this combo.Keep in mind, the store itself doesn't have a sit down area but there is a universal shared seating space where customers from the TNT Supermarket upstairs and Snowbaby customers can be seen enjoying their food. The Snowbaby location is on the main floor with no stairs to enter the building so is wheelchair accessible.Staff working that day was very pleasant, polite, and professional and patiently answered my questions since I had never been there before. Next time I'm in the area and in need of a treat/bubble tea, I am definitely going back to Snowbaby!“
