“This place may look like a typical snack shop with a lot of variatity on the menu that you have thought nothing is special or no special plates. WRONG! This place is such a hidden gem, the owner is very nice and the price is LOW for its quality. This spot has the best HK egg waffle amoung Markham. The aroma of custard is very strong, the waffle is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The milktea is compared to a lot of chain has a heavier portion on the tea rather than the milk which I personally love. The uber milktea is also a must try, he uses fresh ubre instead of powder, and you can taste the uber bits in the drink, but a bit heavy to my taste. The price is good, the service is food and the food is good, you can't go wrong with this little gem!!“

“I have been to many bubble tea stores, and this one is the best one overall. Although there prices are a bit high, nowadays prices are always going up. Aside from the high prices their food and drinks are amazing! On average per drink it’s $7 dollars and is about a cups worth. All of there drinks are measured which means they are very consistent with their good quality drinks. Overall I would definitely recommend.“

My personal favourite is the Metcha Red Bean.I ordered it off the regular menu on regular price through their app. It turns out this drink is on the October special. “I've passed by this spot many times but haven't tried it till recently.

I ordered via UberEats thanks to a BOGO deal, so I cannot attest to the physical location since it was a delivered order.

Being my first visit, I felt the need to try a favorite classic drink, so one of the beverages we ordered was the GRASS JELLY OOLONG TEA (less ice, 30% sugar). This sweetness level was perfect for me. Their tea flavor comes through nicely, with a good amount of milk for consistency. Unlike other places, their grass jelly is neatly cut into cubes - these had a good chew and texture to them.

For something more fun, we also upgraded our other beverages by $1.50/each to get them in teddy bear bottles.

STRAWBERRY YAKULT (less ice, 50% sugar)
I really enjoyed this drink! It's fragrant in the best way. The strawberry flavor is prominent while the yakult sweetened it just right. The yakult flavor itself wasn't strong though, but I didn't mind since the overall flavor profile was delicious. This beverage also comes with popping boba which were fun to eat and not nearly as sweet as some of the other brands I've had. I would definitely order this again.

FRUITY ADE SPA IN LYCHEE FLAVOR (with 70% sugar)
Even at 70% sugar, this drink isn't very sweet. The lychee flavor is present but not strong, though I'm curious if this would have changed if we got it at full sugar. This is great for those who like sparkling waters with a slight dose of fruity flavor! Quite refreshing for a hot summer's day.

“Just an unassuming bubble tea place on the far east aisle in the mall helmed by the most charming grade 7 student that serves literally the best sparkling passion fruit aloe tea I have ever had! Truly highly recommended and striking up and engaging conversation with this young man! Definitely will be back next time for another one of these!
