Been customer of this place since it opened. Today I bought a taro bubble tea and the bubble was not cooked throughly. Will see next time. But that's usually a sign of decline before it becomes irrelevant

CHICHA San Chen 吃茶三千 at CF Markville is a popular Taiwanese bubble tea store. The tea is brewed freshly in front of you, offering a very fragrant and strong tea flavour. The light sugar bubble milk tea is great, with far more tea taste than more mainstream places. The milk tea is amazing, and toppings like Taro bubbles and tapioca taste fresh, soft, and chewy. The store is bright and clean, with courteous and speedy service. Workers are very friendly and offer great recommendations on different teas and pairings. A new Pineapple menu is available, including a caffeine-free Creamy Pineapple Tart drink with mousse, fresh milk, pineapple bits, and a pie crust crumble. The only problem is a single bubble tea costs around $10 all in, which is wild. When busy, the line can get very long and drinks may take a long time.
