The store is bright and clean, with courteous and speedy service. Workers are very friendly and offer great recommendations on different teas and pairings. A new Pineapple menu is available, including a caffeine-free Creamy Pineapple Tart drink with mousse, fresh milk, pineapple bits, and a pie crust crumble. The only problem is a single bubble tea costs around $10 all in, which is wild. When busy, the line can get very long and drinks may take a long time.
