“The durian smoothie from here is the best I've ever had. It's really delicious and has a nice durian flavour; it doesn't taste watered down. Also, the tapioca from here is different from other bubble tea shops. Here the tapioca is more of a clear dark brown color (rather than the opaque typical black of other stores) and the texture is perfectly chewy. The only downside of Real Fruit is that the prices are really high, especially the durian smoothie. But if you have money to splurge and you like durian, I definitely recommend going here.“

“A person who ordered after me got his drink first for no good reason. The person before me was not asked to show his ticket number but I was…..The workers seem unfriendly and stand-offish. They don’t explain how anything works and when you ask questions they seem disinterested…..makes you feel like a burden. The passion fruit drink was good but I didn’t care for the brown sugar milk tea all I tasted was jasmine. The place is nice but the workers are dry and I dont think it’s a personal thing….it just is what it is. Only went because my daughter really wanted to try it.“

“I went to york for a camp and I stumbled upon this boba shop while exploring.. the main shop owner who greets you is the funniest nicest guy. very patient and so polite. The flavours are so unique and not something I’ve seen anywhere else (I recommend the popping colada, pina coloda with popping pearls) good portions, regular sized is really big!!! amazing service :)

Their menu is extensive with categories like milk tea, smoothie, fresh milk, and fresh tea (black/green). They offer agar balls which isn't commonly seen in bubble tea places, but also offer lychee popping boba and the staples like tapioca, pudding and grass jelly. Customization is offered for the sweetness and ice levels. This bubble tea place shares the same staff members as the Sushi Place Restaurant. Their staff is okay with speed, they have the equipment to shake the beverages. Containers felt pretty sturdy. Good to satisfy the minimal cravings, but there are better options if you don't mind the distance.“

“Initially thinking this was a full-on Vietnamese restaurant, we ended up skipping this on our list of places to go…

But we had to come back for dessert and drinks!

The person behind the counter was helpful and courteous, even though she was making everyone herself and taking all the orders (think of a single person working at a Starbucks and you’ll know what I mean).

Every drink was customized, she made our mochi waffles, and offered great suggestions for add-ons with drinks.

It was a great place to sit down and enjoy some time with family, but I’m sure it is a hopping place when all the games come out.

“I love the brown sugar milk tea, the tea flavour is nice and strong unlike other places I’ve been. They also have different milk options for the brown sugar tea. It’s a quite sweet so I would recommend lowering down the sugar level to like an 80%. The place was very nice and cozy and service was quick even tho I was behind many people. Overall it’s the best bubble tea place I’ve ever been!“

“Never been to Coco’s before. We have the mango passion fruit slushie and the taro flavoured both with tapioca bobo and only 30% sugar. I felt it was average. The service and atmosphere were great though and the price was better than some other places I have been to.“

“When we arrived we were greeted by Lloyd and James. the atmosphere was clean and was a great climate. James took our order at the counter and was extremely friendly and kind to us. he took time to talk to us and went above and beyond with customer service. “Only my 2nd time here but the drinks look ✨ aesthetic✨ I gave 4 stars for the service only because it took longer than anticipated (considering that there were quite a few people ahead of me plus making them look nice) but the staff was friendly.

Flavour was to my liking too! ? I ordered the Matcha Creme Brulee which was not too sweet for me (perfect).. My friends got the other ones: Lychee Slush (pink), Passionfruit Hibiscus (red), Mango Pomelo (yellow)..
