This Kung Fu Tea location is honestly one of my favourites. I find they make the drinks really well and consistently, especially the Black Warrior. Compared to some of the other locations, I really prefer the drinks here.
Whenever I’m passing by Orfus, getting a drink from here is a must for me. I literally can’t pass by without getting one! 😂

Didn’t know what to expect going into a boba shop on an outlet store area. Pleasantly surprised.
Tried the new peach milk tea and my daughter had the mango slush. The slush was sweet while being a little tangy making it nice and refreshing for the warm day.
The milk tea didn’t look like the picture with the layer of red, but did have a nice peach flavour.
