Gong Cha Reviews
friendly staff , clean ! 10/10
Food: I love how they consistently offer new bubble tea flavors for every season, holiday, and special occasion. Their drink menu is one of the most unique I’ve come across. I’m especially fond of their 2j Oolong Brown Sugar Milk Tea—it’s a personal favorite!
Service: The staff are always kind and welcoming. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Gong Cha is a popular milk tea spot offering a variety of options, with prices around $8 per drink. The portions are generous, and customers can customize their sugar and ice levels. While some toppings like creme brulee foam may have an unexpected taste, other options like tapioca balls are available. The staff is known for their kind and helpful service, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Some customers find the prices a bit high, but it remains a recommended spot for bubble tea enthusiasts. Customers enjoy the rotating seasonal and holiday-themed drinks, with the 2j Oolong Brown Sugar Milk Tea being a popular favorite. The store's location near Vaughan Mills is a bonus, though the hours could use some updating.
