“Small Coco's location. Very busy location. Service was fast and good. Ordered the new promotion: Oolong Milk Tea (Large) with pearls, 30% sugar, and no ice. Oolong Milk tea tasted good. Very tea. Much tea. Probably should have gotten it with ice cause by the time I finished the bubble tea, it was lukewarm. But that's my fault.

Overall good experience. Is connected to the inside of the all plaza mall.

This is how service should be. It's also a nice place to sit in if it's not crowded during the week!“

“I've passed by this spot many times but haven't tried it till recently.

I ordered via UberEats thanks to a BOGO deal, so I cannot attest to the physical location since it was a delivered order.

Being my first visit, I felt the need to try a favorite classic drink, so one of the beverages we ordered was the GRASS JELLY OOLONG TEA (less ice, 30% sugar). This sweetness level was perfect for me. Their tea flavor comes through nicely, with a good amount of milk for consistency. Unlike other places, their grass jelly is neatly cut into cubes - these had a good chew and texture to them.

For something more fun, we also upgraded our other beverages by $1.50/each to get them in teddy bear bottles.

STRAWBERRY YAKULT (less ice, 50% sugar)
I really enjoyed this drink! It's fragrant in the best way. The strawberry flavor is prominent while the yakult sweetened it just right. The yakult flavor itself wasn't strong though, but I didn't mind since the overall flavor profile was delicious. This beverage also comes with popping boba which were fun to eat and not nearly as sweet as some of the other brands I've had. I would definitely order this again.

FRUITY ADE SPA IN LYCHEE FLAVOR (with 70% sugar)
Even at 70% sugar, this drink isn't very sweet. The lychee flavor is present but not strong, though I'm curious if this would have changed if we got it at full sugar. This is great for those who like sparkling waters with a slight dose of fruity flavor! Quite refreshing for a hot summer's day.

Everything was packed neatly so all our drinks got delivered in good condition.“

“I got the Mango Tango slush with 25% sugar to my preference! The staff there are friendly and I didn't feel pressured to order, looking over the menu for a few minutes.

They have two bathrooms, one was accessible which was great (but I didn't use it), and they are clean and well kept.“

I visited Mr. Sun a handful of times for a casual afternoon treat and was thoroughly impressed by their bubble tea. The highlight was undoubtedly the handmade tapioca pearls, which were both delicious and unique in texture – a delightful twist that sets them apart from other bubble tea spots.

The shop itself has a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of tables available for seating, making it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy your drink.

However, my visit was slightly marred by the slow service. Despite there being only one person ahead of me in line, I had to wait a considerable amount of time for my drink because there was only one person working.

Overall, Mr. Sun offers amazing bubble tea that’s worth trying, but be prepared for a potential wait. I hope they can address the staffing issue to improve the customer experience.

“Tiny location in Commercial Gate next to a row of restaurants and over +10(!) bubble tea shops, offering various types of drinks! TP tea is indeed a safe choice for quality milk tea. I took the reg size with tapioca, 50% sugar no ice; it was quick, gentle and efficient service. It's only a counter, not much to look at for ambiance, and outside is basically the parking lot and sidewalk for other shops. We walked a bit around but most ppl would probably just grab and go (drive). Expect a bit pricey bbt like most places nowdays around 8$...“

But I risked it and went again and there was a different worker. I ordered a croffle and it was well cooked and yummy! “The durian smoothie from here is the best I've ever had. It's really delicious and has a nice durian flavour; it doesn't taste watered down. Also, the tapioca from here is different from other bubble tea shops. Here the tapioca is more of a clear dark brown color (rather than the opaque typical black of other stores) and the texture is perfectly chewy. The only downside of Real Fruit is that the prices are really high, especially the durian smoothie. But if you have money to splurge and you like durian, I definitely recommend going here.“

Great price and the drink was decorated with cute toppings... “I was in this plaza attending a luncheon with a friend. Afterwards we started walking around and found quite a few different bubble tea places. We ended up choosing this one. We ordered a purple taro milk tea and added brown sugar pearls. I was shocked that the pearls were so warm in the cold tea. But we swirled it around and waited for a bit and the temperature did adjust. They were extra sticky , chewy and sweet. Delicious. Paired well with the taro. The drink was really good.We ordered an egg waffle and it took five or ten minutes. It was a little overcooked and the hostess didn't like it, so she made us another one free of charge. That was super sweet of her and we both had one to enjoy. Great customer service!The waffle itself was light and airy. I did end up taking the first waffle so it definitely was a little crunchier than it should have been . They weren't overly sweet and were a good size. I couldn't eat it all.
