This location is much cleaner than other Chatime stores I’ve visited, and the interior is modern and stylish. I also love that they have self-order kiosks, which make it easy to customize my drink exactly the way I like it. The whole experience feels convenient, comfortable, and well organized.

Amazing service at this Cha Time location! Honestly, this level of customer service is rare and not something I see at many other Cha Time locations. The person who took my order was thoughtful, kind, patient, and even took the time to help look up my membership account. (The app/profile setup itself is honestly the difficult part because it’s not very user-friendly.)

Chatime is a popular spot with many choices and a nice vibe. The staff is nice and efficient. Customers can enjoy promos. The nespresso oat latte with pearls is bold, smooth, and creamy with fresh and chewy tapioca. The strawberry milk tea with brown sugar pearls is the bomb. This place has an amazing atmosphere, breathable and very consistent.
