Tom is so nice!!!! He filled up my water bottle, was very kind and patient. I noticed him patiently and sweetly answering questions of other customers. AND without us complaining, he noticed on his own that our drink was too sweet and offered to make us a new one even tho we drank half of it already! 10/10 guy
