Whatever you want to order they always dont have. 😕 Many drinks to order in their menu but few drinks are always available. They should put it in their menu not available on their list so the customer will not wait and go in the long line 😣
How about honoring birthday drinks? I'm told by your Richmond Hill ON location you must buy a drink 7 days before your birthday to qualify for your birthday drink on the day of your birthday.

The Alley is a great place to visit and hang out. The staff are friendly and diligent in preparing high-quality drinks. The drinks are customizable and come in a variety of flavors, including the Deerioca Puff and Snow Velvet lines. The Winter Melon flavor is a favorite among customers. The prices are reasonable, with drinks like the Deerioca Milk and Passionfruit Green Tea available for around $6.50 each. All the drinks are really good and they allow customization to desired type of milk, amount of sugar, syrups etc. Lots of options. Always delicious! The staff are very kind and service is great. The yogurt lychee one is a preference. The royal number 9 milk tea with tapioca is a usual go to order.
