Fast service and nice staff. They make drinks with adjustable sugar down to 0% sweet, which is nice. Got the black milk tea, pretty good!
Their seasonal Pistachio chocolate milk was better than expected! Pistachio taste in the pistachio cream foam is very strong and similar to the one in HeyTea lab. Chocolate milk itself is very dense and thick as well. A little on the pricier end, it was $10.11 for a regular size, but very tasty, creamy and milky.
I would give it 5 stars because the drink is delicious, the bread too. But the employee who attended me today was bad, I said thank you and I didn't even turn around to see.😔👍🏻

The service receives mixed feedback. Some staff are extremely sweet, polite, kind, patient, and friendly, providing excellent customer service. One cashier even offered to change a drink without charging extra. However, service can be slow; at one branch, drinks were left waiting while staff took orders, and waiting for a drink might take a whole break. The Eaton centre location is always busy, but workers have a smile and move fast. Ordering from the app is recommended.
