Khaleel was great and welcoming! Super thorough when explaining the drinks and very personable. He even asked me about my loyalty card, which was a great reminder.
I had an incredible experience at Chatime today! The customer service was top-tier, all thanks to Elena. She was warm, super friendly, and so hospitable from the second I walked up to the counter.
Not only was my drink delicious, but Elena took the time to keep me informed about all the latest promotions and deals, making sure I got the best value for my order. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely generous and enthusiastic about helping customers.

Chatime is a charming restaurant with a unique atmosphere, featuring lofi music, impressive interior design, and friendly staff. The menu offers a variety of drinks, including the popular brown sugar milk tea and a delicious matcha latte with tapioca. There are many options to choose from, making it an exciting place to visit. The price may be slightly higher than competitors, but the overall experience is well worth it. The restaurant is a favorite among bubble tea enthusiasts, who appreciate the consistent customer service and cozy vibe. Recent customers have noted the excellent service quality, with staff members like Rose and Sher providing quick and friendly experiences. However, some drinks may not meet expectations, with pre-made tea and imperfectly sized pearls being noted as issues.
