I called the store and explained it to them. They delivered the new pizza. Which I loved. I do understand things happen while being busy, but it was really nice of them that they acknowledge and give a new one.

I was expecting an average poutine, considering some of the recent negative reviews. But it was better than most places that I have been to, in regards to poutine. It has a nice cheese to gravy ratio. They have some seating outside to enjoy your food. Staff are pleasant and customers are very friendly. I noticed the sense of community while I was there.
