Tim Hortons is a welcoming spot with fantastic service. The staff are patient, nice, and make customers feel special. While the food and drinks are super yummy, some customers wish for more variety in Bagel options, like Cinnamon raisin bagel. The restaurant is often crowded, but the staff's excellent service ensures a pleasant experience.
