“This is a popular cake shop in the downtown Oakville. They have small seating area as well. In cakes, they have:
1. Soufflé cheesecakes: $17. Airy cheesecakes like Uncle Tetsu.
2. Basque Burnt Top Cheesecake: $32. No tax on it. I got this one. 5/5. It was super delicious. Good for 4-5 people.
3. Party Tiramisu Trays: $45 for small tray (serves 4). $65 for medium tray (serves 6-8). $80 for large tray (serves 10+). You have to place the order 1 or 2 days in advance for the party trays.“

“There are many coffee places in Oakville but Vereda is by far one of the best. They actually understand how to properly craft an espresso-based drink. And probably the only spot that asks you how you want your espresso drink - light, medium or dark roast. If you're a true coffee enthusiast, you'll appreciate this place. And they have a lot of seating - the upstairs is a cozy nook. Lovely patio. This place is actually worthy of your money. And the service is consistently good; they're helpful, always kind & friendly.“

“I went to the Ola bakery on Friday to order a dinner for my family. I ordered two platters of food, a meat lasagna and a goat. When I got the food, it was warm, and I could tell it was made fresh. My family and I enjoyed the food that Rita made. It was delicious and a delight to eat. For the quality of food that I got, the price was excellent. Food preparation, customer service and taste 10/10! I will be going back to order more catering from this place.“

“Irene is the ONLY reason my wife and I visit this Starbucks. She's got exemplary customer service skills! You can sense a distinct difference in energy and GENUINE warmth within the store when she is on a shift, compared to when she's not. This contrast has only gotten more pronounced over the past month or so.

“The Tim Hortons I wanted to comment on doesn’t have a Facebook like page. It’s down the street. The esso gas station off of burloak and harvester. I am a regular customer, I come in every single morning at 5-5:30am. The staff is seriously fantastic! The manger there, or supervisor (not sure what role she plays) I believe her name it Katrina or kate. Every morning she greets me and wishes me the best day at work. I came in Friday and I had gone to a different Tim’s the day before and I had my whole order wrong. She happily replaced it and apologized on behalf of Tim Hortons that my order was wrong! I look forward to seeing her every morning, she always has a smile on her face, and a positive attitude (which is hard to find in management staff sometimes). Theirs always a full display of good treats, and all the staff is always motivated to help you with your order! Just wanted to share! Sometimes good people need the recognition they deserve!“
