“I’ve had my eyes on this place for a while now, but never had the chance to try their delicious desserts. They specialize in original soufflé cheesecake and basque burnt top cheesecake. They have recently partnered up with Balzac’s Coffee and offer their coffees.

They have cute and small cafe with a few chairs available inside and 2 tables outside. We ordered “Matcha Cloud Tiramisu”in a cup. It was soft and fluffy. Not too sweet which was great.“

“Anna made me a cake quickly and effectively. I was in a bind and she made the experience effortless. I loved how the cake looked and tasted. He coffee is fantastic and so was her service. She put together a beautiful cake in under two hours and made it seem easy.“

“Very tasty pastries!!! I really like their baked cookies, the assorted baklavas and oh I can't even name them all! The lemon 🍋 dessert was amazing, so beautiful and so delicious, you just gotta try it if you like citrus! The beautiful apple 🍎 dessert was also super yummy too for those who don't like lemon. “Ordered the 6” Strawberry Shortcake for my brother’s birthday, and it was amazing!
The sponge part was like a cake in itself, super tasty, and the cream is delicious!

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the cake was boxed nicely with a candle and sparkler.

“Best Portuguese bakery in the GTA. No one makes natas like they do. Their customer service is outstanding. Francisco got our Christmas Eve order together last minute and accommodated us thankfully. It’s worth the drive to Oakville, even all the way from Vaughn. Amazing bakery!“

“Such an amazing experience with this team! After being turned down at other places for wanting to place a birthday order on a Mother’s Day weekend, I popped into sugar suite and am glad I did!

Kenzie helped me go through all my options on custom cake and cookie options and helped me decide the best order for our party size! She was very friendly and super helpful! She even gave me a free cupcake to take home to try the flavour of cake I wanted!

Victoria was also amazing in communicating via email to select the best design for both the custom cake and cookies. She worked with me to get what I wanted design wise while staying in my budget!

“Placed an order for my son's birthday here. When arrived to pick it up the next morning, it turned out they thought it was for another day and had to fill in the order from what they had in stock. Not ideal for daycare, when the kids may want to have what everyone else is having. My kid loved his cupcake though! That being said, I spent time driving to the bakery a few days prior to buy a few cupcakes for him to select from, so it feels like wasted effort. Also not flexible enough, saying they bake all the orders in the morning, yet not capable to accommodate earlier pick ups than store hours (10am). Some of us are working parents after all“

“Beautiful cafe. Excellent smoked salmon croissants. Best cookies. Croissants are not. Dry, flaky, minimal hard chocolate inside. Difficult to eat as its do dry it falls apart. Very good to excellent service. Cakes are works of art. And very tasty.Coffee flavour is not the best.“

“I really love the fruits and vegetables at Longo supermarket. The prices might be a bit high, but they're incredibly fresh. They also have a lot of freshly cooked dishes that taste amazing.

Recently, I went to Longo as usual to buy a week's worth of groceries. My own shopping bags weren't enough, so the cashier very friendly sorted and bagged my items and asked if I needed any bag for the rest. I noticed a special Longo shopping bag; one side had the 70th anniversary logo printed on it, and the other side featured advertisements for Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and several other Canadian food manufacturers. This special bag not only provides convenience for consumers but also gives Canadian companies free publicity—a win-win situation!

What annoyed me a little was that, as a consumer affected by inflation, I had to pay an extra 35 cents for this bag.“

“I love this location! I’ve been going through the drive-thru for the past few years, and the staff are always so friendly. Roel and Zain are exceptional, they always greet you with a warm, welcoming smile every time.
A special shoutout to Zain, who once went to another store to get me an item I ordered when they had run out- truly above and beyond service! “The Tim Hortons I wanted to comment on doesn’t have a Facebook like page. It’s down the street. The esso gas station off of burloak and harvester. I am a regular customer, I come in every single morning at 5-5:30am. The staff is seriously fantastic! The manger there, or supervisor (not sure what role she plays) I believe her name it Katrina or kate. Every morning she greets me and wishes me the best day at work. I came in Friday and I had gone to a different Tim’s the day before and I had my whole order wrong. She happily replaced it and apologized on behalf of Tim Hortons that my order was wrong! I look forward to seeing her every morning, she always has a smile on her face, and a positive attitude (which is hard to find in management staff sometimes). Theirs always a full display of good treats, and all the staff is always motivated to help you with your order! Just wanted to share! Sometimes good people need the recognition they deserve!“
