And they have the CUTEST authentic hand crafted ramen spoons! We had the meal for 4 which was absolutely PERFECT for us. The broth in all the dishes was excellent with just the perfect amount of spice. Love the vegetarian options! We had great service and food was served promptly. Will definitely visit again! “I stopped in here to have the Cloud Tiramisu cup and the Yuzu sparkling lemonade. The Cloud Tiramisu was wonderful! Really fluffy and delicious. I found the Yuzu lemonade slightly too sweet, but the flavour is delightful.

Inside the restaurant is a little small as well. There’s only enough seating for 3 people.”

“I have been in the restaurant business for close to 34 years. I can attest that Laylak is one of the modt delicious . Quality is superb, staff are wonderful. Owner is so humble going around to make sure everyone is happy. I give laylak 10 stars if I could. Keep up the good work.( I drive from Pickering 1 hr 25 minutes to eat there). Khalil Assaad.

Parking: Oakville on a main road near Ford drive the parking is free other restaurants in this block & a gas station this area then continues along into the city of Oakville & the Ford plant, ninth line, if you aren't a highway driver you can stay on these local roads to stay on course

Kid-friendliness: The kids enjoyed the new juice they have it more kids friendly with their donuts & juices also staff very professional

Wheelchair accessibility: 1 step up & inside I think wheelchair accessibility is a Law now I did see at least 2 wheelchair signs in the parking lot”

“The Tim Hortons I wanted to comment on doesn’t have a Facebook like page. It’s down the street. The esso gas station off of burloak and harvester. I am a regular customer, I come in every single morning at 5-5:30am. The staff is seriously fantastic! The manger there, or supervisor (not sure what role she plays) I believe her name it Katrina or kate. Every morning she greets me and wishes me the best day at work. I came in Friday and I had gone to a different Tim’s the day before and I had my whole order wrong. She happily replaced it and apologized on behalf of Tim Hortons that my order was wrong! I look forward to seeing her every morning, she always has a smile on her face, and a positive attitude (which is hard to find in management staff sometimes). Theirs always a full display of good treats, and all the staff is always motivated to help you with your order! Just wanted to share! Sometimes good people need the recognition they deserve!”

“The best Tim Hortons I’ve been too great food always and great workers, my only issue with this Tim Hortons is that sometimes they have only one counter open and there would be a very long line and the person on the register would be chatting and talking to customers for a long time and there is a long line waiting and the other register isn’t open.
