“Gladiator Burger exceeded our expectations! We were visiting from the States with a family group of 10 people, and everything about our experience was excellent. The service was incredibly fast — as soon as we sat down and placed our order, the food was ready in about 10 minutes. Despite how quickly it came out, everything was fresh, hot, and made perfectly.
I ordered the True Emperor with beef and chicken, and it was absolutely amazing. The flavors were great, the portions were generous, and everyone in our group enjoyed their meals.
Highly recommend for both locals and visitors looking for delicious burgers and outstanding service!”

“Just came back from a celebratory birthday lunch! I have to say this place is AMAZING. Thank goodness they are only 10 mins away from me! Right away I noticed the lovely decor and ambiance! And they have the CUTEST authentic hand crafted ramen spoons! We had the meal for 4 which was absolutely PERFECT for us. The broth in all the dishes was excellent with just the perfect amount of spice. Love the vegetarian options! We had great service and food was served promptly. Will definitely visit again! “Mesopotamia Kebab House is hands down the best Turkish food I’ve had in the GTA. The lamb chops were unreal—so tender they just melted in my mouth. Honestly, all the meats were amazing, and you can tell they use the best quality ingredients. I wanted to keep eating, but my stomach just couldn’t handle any more. That’s how good it was! The service was awesome too—friendly and super welcoming. I’m already planning to come back with friends and family so they can see what they’ve been missing. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. 10/5 stars from me!”

“The Tim Hortons I wanted to comment on doesn’t have a Facebook like page. It’s down the street. The esso gas station off of burloak and harvester. I am a regular customer, I come in every single morning at 5-5:30am. The staff is seriously fantastic! The manger there, or supervisor (not sure what role she plays) I believe her name it Katrina or kate. Every morning she greets me and wishes me the best day at work. I came in Friday and I had gone to a different Tim’s the day before and I had my whole order wrong. She happily replaced it and apologized on behalf of Tim Hortons that my order was wrong! I look forward to seeing her every morning, she always has a smile on her face, and a positive attitude (which is hard to find in management staff sometimes). Theirs always a full display of good treats, and all the staff is always motivated to help you with your order! Just wanted to share! Sometimes good people need the recognition they deserve!”

Staff is pretty friendly and service is great except sometimes ordering directly from the counter takes a little time as it doesn't seem like there's one person dedicated to take orders at all times but most of the time it's not a long wait.

Usually just order coffee and a muffin from there. Coffee tastes great and muffins are great too although if you get one in the evening, they may be a little stale but you can always heat them up. Rarely use the drive thru there but when I do it's always been pretty quick.”

She know how we have our coffees and has them ready when we walk in the door. She is an outgoing person with a personality to match. I believe she should get an award for best waitress of the year. I go there twice a week when I know her schedule is just to say hi and feel appreciated as a customer as she is more then just a waitress to me she is a friend with a smile that makes your day. “only a few tables when we entered , we sat for over 15 minutes before anyone graced us with their presence. After we were given menus, we waited again forever . we ordered our drinks and food at the same time. was given bread and salad after a while......still no drinks .Our main courses sporadically arrived, no quality check(chicken was cold) . we actually thought our server left , as she was no where in sight. the table next to us was also getting irritated as they needed to leave . we stood up after we were done to try and find our server , but ended up going to the kitchen and asking for boxes for our food. went back up to ask for our bill, someone else came over . I told her it was an awful experience, and there was no apology or question asked to why, I guess they know 🤷‍♀️. I have avoided this chain as the service was always terrible , and we thought after 4 years we would give it another go. We'll, NEVER AGAIN”

The sr. Guest experience manager reached out to my family directly and turned the experience around for us. We attended dinner last night and our second attempt at dinner was greeted with amazing service and good food. We will be going back to this location specifically for Lara, and B’s service.

We booked a reservation for Mother’s Day so my expectations of service were set accordingly. I was expecting the restaurant to be packed - however it was about half full. We arrived at 1:20 for a 1:30pm reservation. I booked in the dining room at this location with an accessibility request because my father walks with a cane (sometimes a walker) however the location closest to us only had bar available for the times we wanted so this location was next closest to us. When I booked, I specifically asked for a table with chairs and put an accessibility request. I even called after placing the reso to make sure there weren’t going to be issues. When I called I asked the person I spoke with to explain write I needed a table with chairs. My special request says accessibility request. When we arrived they walked my family down 2 steps (already not ideal) and put us at a booth. I explained to the hostess that does not work. I requested a table with chairs as my father cannot sit in a booth. I asked if maybe she could add a chair on the end of the booth for him. She said no, and said they had a better table up near the bar with chairs. I said ok sure. We got up to the bar and they were high top chairs. My father can’t walk well and got really frustrated walking back and forth and said forget it and sat down. He was super uncomfortable the entire time. We were given a 90 minute seating time to eat and drink which I thought was strange because that’s not on the reservation when you book. The server told us the kitchen is backed up for 40 mins on top of that so we had to scramble to order food. My mom asked how many pieces came in the bruschetta (we were 6 people) server said 8 pieces. Only 5 pieces came out. My husband wanted the 1989 burger with no sauce as he’s very picky - the server said the kitchen isn’t looking at modifications. I said what if he was allergic? He said he could try but no promises. Again I’m shocked. You can’t ask for no sauce? My husband won’t eat it if it came with the sauce. My mom, the reason we were even there wanted the lunch trio! The server then says sorry not doing the lunch faves today. I then get upset. If you’re not doing food modifications, the kitchens backed up, and on a limited menu, you should really have that at time of booking. I ordered something I didn’t even really want because I felt rushed to order on a 90 mins sit time with a “kitchen back up” I got steak and eggs where my medium rare steak was medium, tasted like barn yard and my food was warm. Not even hot. My sisters waffle was under cooked too. I’m so disappointed. I’m more upset about the accessibility request than anything else because my father was so embarrassed. Highly disgusted actually. I will not be returning here.”

The first time we came for lunch, we were already impressed by the amazing service. Every server we met was smiling, friendly, and genuinely kind. They patiently answered all of my two daughters' questions—whether they were serious questions or just funny little kid questions—and made them feel so welcome.

My daughters even said this was the best kids' meal she's ever had! They absolutely loves coming here.

We used to go to another restaurant every Tuesday because kids ate free, but honestly, the dining experience there never made me want to leave a tip. After discovering Lone Star, we've decided that every Tuesday or Wednesday after our classes, this will be our family's dinner spot instead!

Lone Star is always clean and welcoming. Even though there were only three of us, they gave us a large booth, which was such a thoughtful touch.

A special thank you to Indiana, who took care of us tonight. She was incredibly warm, patient, and so sweet with my children. Her kindness made our evening even more enjoyable.

This is one of the very few restaurants where I was genuinely happy to leave 20%+ tip because the service truly deserved it.

“Amazing bubble tea at the Cross Avenue location of Coco! The drinks taste really fresh and flavorful, and you can tell they use good ingredients.

I also love that they often have 1+1 deals and some discounted items, which makes it even better when you want to grab a drink with a friend.

The crew was friendly and the service was really good. My order was prepared quickly and everything tasted great.

The tea here definitely tastes better compared to many other places, and I always enjoy coming back to this location. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving bubble tea!”
