The owners are so sweet and welcoming, and their bubble tea is hands down the best! I always feel a bit guilty ordering so many drinks at once, but we just can't help it haha. Honestly, all the meats were amazing, and you can tell they use the best quality ingredients. I wanted to keep eating, but my stomach just couldn’t handle any more. That’s how good it was! The service was awesome too—friendly and super welcoming. I’m already planning to come back with friends and family so they can see what they’ve been missing. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. 10/5 stars from me!”

The host was very welcoming, and our server took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we were comfortable. The owner was also personally involved in the dining room, which really showed how much they care about their customers. The entire team made us feel valued and welcomed. It’s great to see a restaurant where the staff and owner genuinely care about providing excellent service. Highly recommended for families and groups! We will definitely visit again.”

It was falling apart, as I ate it, the cheese wasn't melted and all of the toppings fell out of the bun and on to my plate. The patty could have been cooked more, too juicy and crumbly. Lisa was very attentive listening to our dietary needs being vegetarians and and ended up making the right suggestions for us. Dave the person at the bar and supervisor created a wonderful and very tantalizing cocktail which we called "Strombolini" . “The Tim Hortons I wanted to comment on doesn’t have a Facebook like page. It’s down the street. The esso gas station off of burloak and harvester. I am a regular customer, I come in every single morning at 5-5:30am. The staff is seriously fantastic! The manger there, or supervisor (not sure what role she plays) I believe her name it Katrina or kate. Every morning she greets me and wishes me the best day at work. I came in Friday and I had gone to a different Tim’s the day before and I had my whole order wrong. She happily replaced it and apologized on behalf of Tim Hortons that my order was wrong! I look forward to seeing her every morning, she always has a smile on her face, and a positive attitude (which is hard to find in management staff sometimes). Theirs always a full display of good treats, and all the staff is always motivated to help you with your order! Just wanted to share! Sometimes good people need the recognition they deserve!”

I had an encounter with the lady at the drive-through and she was just phenomenal and so understanding and she asked me to leave a review, but I was going to even before she asked I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but that chocolate dipped doughnut was amazing not just because of how good it was made, but it was a love that came with it”

“I stopped by A&W for a quick meal and ended up having a better experience than I expected.

I tried their Veggie Burger, and honestly, it was surprisingly delicious. I wasn’t expecting much from a veggie burger at a fast-food restaurant, but the flavour and texture were really good and definitely exceeded my expectations.

I also tried the float, which was a completely new experience for me. The combination of a soda and creamy ice cream was amazing and made the drink feel more like a dessert.”

“This place used to provide good seevice previously. Not its a 15 min curb side wait even if i placed the order 15 min to arrival. I dont know if its because it hard to hire people to work in oakville. Manager seems to be working hard but the african amerin lady server doesnt sem like she wants to be there or to do her job. I ordered 2 drinks, 2 hashbrown and 5 sandwiches. She came out with 3 drinks in the tray and the 1 drink for another veh. She wanted me to take the 2 drinks and leave her the tray and the 1 drink. I told her ill gfab the tray and she can grab the 1 drink which is common sense. She didnt like what i said and gave me the sour face. Good thing i checked the food because i only recieved 4 sandwiches. I had to go back in and when i went to the counter to aks about the missing sandwich. The server that delivered the food to me didnt even aknowledge or even look at me. She then proceeded to look in the bag. Like she cant believe its missing a sandwich. The manager imediately grabed a sandwich and put it in a small bag and gave it to me. The manager had good customer service but just looked overwhelmed. The server is another story. Why would you go through the bag. Was she going to put her hands in the count the sandwiches and hash brown. Does it look like i would wait at curb side for the food. Then proceed to go to the couner anyways and pretend a sandwich is missing. Previously this place had quixk service. Workers that were friendly and look like thwy wanted to work. I dont know what happened now. This happened oct 16 2026, 7:55am”

Sue our server she is great always smiling laughing and making you fell warm and relaxed a great place to eat atmosphere is wonderful. Sue makes you feel like you’re part of a family. She know how we have our coffees and has them ready when we walk in the door. She is an outgoing person with a personality to match. I believe she should get an award for best waitress of the year. I go there twice a week when I know her schedule is just to say hi and feel appreciated as a customer as she is more then just a waitress to me she is a friend with a smile that makes your day. Today we ordered pickup, as usual food was great, and they even through in some complementary backlava that the owners mom just made. We were as happy as can be. An hour or so after, we got a call from the restaurant telling us they accidentally overcharged us by 20 dollars (we didn't notice as it was a large order and even with the charge we thought that the price was great relative to the quantity and quality of the food) the owner was so apologitic and insisted on refunding us.... This is a gesture that is above and beyond, no one ever owns up to mistakes let alone goes out of their way to fix it (especially when we wouldn't have noticed too), this isn't just a great restaurant, but also amazing people, we saw a cross in the restaurant and it's clear these people live these true values. We are officially customers for life, and genuinely happy to see good people still out there in times when all you hear about is the bad. Thank you so much!”

The owners are a hard working authentic family who have always been kind & respectful & yes, I always get a smile. It is not high end dining, it is a quaint little Japanese Korean restaurant. The food has always been fresh, consistent & a good portion size. They keep the restaurant clean. As for a tip, others have mentioned being pressured - I have never experienced this, unlike at other places like Subway. I love this like gem & will continue eating here. I also ordered the chocolate brownie sundae, which was disappointing — it didn’t taste like ice cream, more like sweetened milk that had been whipped and frozen, alcohol taste. I’ve had delicious creamy vegan ice cream before, so this fell short. That said, I love that everything here is vegan, and I’d definitely come back to try other items on the menu.
