“The food is consistently excellent, and the owner’s son is always friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.

My experience today, however, was a bit different. It seemed like there was a large catering order being managed at the same time, and there was some confusion with my order. While I understand that busy days happen, I felt some of the stress from the situation carried over into the customer interaction, which made the experience feel a little uncomfortable.

That said, the owner has always been friendly in my previous visits, which is why today’s experience felt out of character. I’ll certainly be back for the food and hope it was simply an unusually hectic day.“
