I'm highly active with a physically demanding job. I live alone, which makes it hard to get enough vegetables without (1) going grocery shopping several times a week and (2) wasting produce.

I love that their packaging is recyclable and compostable. They have a wide array of ever-changing meals to choose from, complete with all the nutritional information listed on their website.

It's SO much easier than other meal prep services that require lots of chopping/prepping/cooking. With other companies, I've found that the veggies often go bad before I have a chance to cook the meals and it's challenging to find low/no-carb options.
