“Used Sweetwater for the very first time last week for our rehearsal dinner function. I had been to 2 functions catered by Sweetwater recently. We were quite a distance away (in Oakville) and they had no issues/problem in catering our event. The food at our function was absolutely incredible. They planned the entire menu, sending along for approval/changes/suggestions.There were attendees with food allergies and issues and Sweetwater accommodated everyone perfectly. Our guests raved about not only the food but the presentation and the service. We hired 2 servers and they were a godsend.I would not hesitate in recommending this amazing company.We fully intend on using them again.“
“Very nice people! I am 9 months pregnant and have weird cravings, so I asked for the grilled chicken wrap, but in a ciabatta. And they still made it for me even though it was not on the menu, it was a lunch meal and I was there at 8:30 AM ?. Before I left, the lady also gave me a muffin on the house. Highly recommend!“

“Amazing food and great service! We had the veal parm for dinner with the mushroom ravioli and both were incredible and full of flavour. Best pasta around!! I’ve also tried the butter chicken ravioli (it’s like Buffalo chicken) and it’s incredible. We made it with a blue cheese cream sauce and WOW. The lamb spaducci is unmatched. The roasted red pepper cannelloni is hands down the best cannelloni I’ve ever had. The sacketti’s are delicious too. I can’t say enough good things about this food. I’ll be back to stock up as soon as I can“

“I hosted my husband’s 40th birthday here with about 45 guests, and overall we had a really great experience.
First, the food was excellent. Even though it was served buffet-style, everything was warm, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can tell care was put into how the dishes looked and tasted, and all of my guests genuinely enjoyed it. The service was also good, staff were attentive and everything flowed smoothly throughout the night. We even had space for a dance floor and a DJ, which made the celebration really special (although I’d say 45 people is probably the max capacity, it did feel a bit tight).
I do want to share one area for improvement. The tea and coffee service was a bit disappointing. We were charged $250, which I was told later, possibly a miscommunication. It felt a bit unexpected, especially since tea and coffee are often included or minimal cost at events. While I understand it may have been due to the presentation in nicer cups, the bigger issue was that the tea wasn’t kept hot, which took away from the experience.
That said, they did go above and beyond by providing complimentary soft drinks beyond what we had agreed on, which we appreciated.
Overall, great food, good service, and a memorable night. With a bit of improvement on keeping hot beverages properly heated and clearer communication on pricing, this place would easily be a 5-star experience.“

“I order from them periodically, usually in bulk, and it’s been a huge help.
Since I started focusing on fitness and paying attention to my macros, I’ve been looking for convenient meal options that fit my goals. With a busy work schedule, having ready-to-go meals that I can bring for lunch makes staying on track much easier. It has also helped me cut down on those tired evenings when I would normally end up ordering Uber Eats.
Their cheesecake deserves a special mention as well. It satisfies my sweet tooth and has helped me avoid reaching for less healthy desserts and snacks.
Overall, I’ve been very happy with the service and the quality of the meals. The only suggestion I have is that I’d love to see more shrimp-based options on the menu, as I’m a big shrimp fan. Also, I’ve accumulated quite a few of the delivery bags over time, so a bag return or reuse program would be a great addition.

“Ordered breakfast catering for a seminar we were hosting for work. The online menus were clear, ordering by phone was efficient, and the food....fantastic! I opted to pick up and food was ready and staff were helpful with loading boxes into my car. Everything was packaged with care and most importantly the food was so fresh and delicious! “Order the medium size turkey dinner was bigger then I expected and the sides were amazing. The turkey was well season and so tender and soft not dry at all. It was wonderfully delicious. All my party memeber could not get enough of the feast mcEwan provided to our table, was truly a feast to the eyes and stomach. Highly recommend following the reheating instructions, not only did it heat the turkey up to the a perfect temperature but the turkey skin came out nice and crispy was delightful. The staff are super friendly, welcoming, and quick, which makes the whole experience even better when you’re on a tight schedule. The sandwiches are always fresh, well-made, and generously portioned, so you’re actually full and satisfied after.
