The food is terrible. My chicken meal was ground chicken had to throw half of it out. My pasta meal was chopped up uncooked lasagna noodles had to throw half that out. The flavouring is awful. I was supposed to have it delivered Tuesday but because of the holiday Monday they delayed it. Then they said the courier was too busy so I didn’t get my meals until Thursday.

I’ve already had one mess up with my second order. I had an email saying it would be delivered on Sunday and never happened. It came the following Tuesday. The rep Fiona is the one who sent the email advising. It would be delivered on Sunday only on Monday to tell me that she made an error it’s that it would get delivered and will moving forward always be on a Tuesday, then explained the app very hard to use.
