“The bison Hotdogs are phenomenal, particularly bbq'd, over coals.
The Tallow is my go to for any pastry and frying. No seed oils for me. Do your own test and you will know.
The inside cullets are a mix, not certain why, mixed some are tough others really soft, cooked the same. A thumbs-up from me.“
“We had the Ace of Hearts cater our wedding this past September. We are still hearing from some of our guests about how great the food was. Renee is very easy to work with and she is full of ideas. She is also open to other ideas and food options if you have something specific in mind. On top of it all, the food is absolutely amazing and so reasonably priced. We had several food options for everyone and we could not get enough of your vegetarian lasagna! “We ordered a few trays from Polina for the cocktail hour at our wedding, and we received so many wonderful compliments on the spread. Everything was fresh, delicious and looked absolutely gorgeous. As someone who loves making her own charcuterie / grazing boards, I had high standards for this and Polina did not disappoint! She was also super responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding. Would highly recommend!!“
