“We have been going to Tandori time since few years. Their food is excellent. Restaurant, and washrooms are clean, and most of all their service is excellent. They go beyond the call of duty to provide excellent, and courteous service. Wait staff is super! Big thanks to Yuvraj for always making it a wonderful dining experience for us.“
“A clear sign of good quality is the constant presence of visitors. This initially attracted me and, like a moth, I flew to the tempting lights burning on the cafe terrace in the evenings.I have long wanted to get acquainted with Indian cuisine and my choice was successful! A pleasant impression is immediately created by the interior, colorful, made with soul! The waiter patiently listened to all our wishes (we were a group) and competently gave his recommendations on our choice. While I was looking at the wall paintings and growing into the cozy atmosphere, our order began to arrive. The very presentation in original dishes, a variety of sauces and the refined taste of the dishes suggest leisurely enjoyment of the taste and immersion in the exotic world of Indian philosophy. The portions looked reasonable, but having ordered 4 dishes for 4 people, we could only eat half. Perhaps the sauces are very nutritious and the portions are quite large! The main thing, as I understand, while enjoying it is not to overeat, so that you always want to come back. The impression was very good, and the menu is extensive, so we intend to return more than once to try everything!Thank you very much to the staff, everything was wonderful!(Looking through the reviews, I came across one negative one with burnt flatbreads against the background of checkered napkins. I did not notice such napkins in this restaurant. Perhaps the photo was taken in another place. A very strange review!)I would like to make an addition regarding the work of a waiter. Unfortunately, I didn’t remember his name, but the impression was very good, I would even say exemplary. It often happens that the cuisine is good, but there is no one to present it at the proper level. I recommend everyone to stop by to make sure I’m right, it’s really cool!!!“
“The food itself its incredible, it covers your tastebuds with new flavour. I can tell this man cook with passion and love, this is my first time try indian food and I love it a lot. Lamb madras is meaty, the sauces is thick and good with rice or naan. I recommend get the garlic chilli naan, the butter chicken is amazing too. If you want to hangout with group of 4, this will be perfect for you, the place is cozy too. Don't forget to say hi to the owner, the guy is super chill and very knowledgable. Oh I almost forgot, they have vegetarian option too so dont worry.“
“A flavourful journey to biryani bliss!! ??It’s hard to find a perfect place which gives us the chennai taste of biryani amidst all the Hyderabadi flavours across GTA.But, Shafiq bhai delivers it with ease, with the balance of spices/masala impeccable and the meat cooked to perfection.Portion sizes are generous to share with a friend.Worth for the price.!! Nonbu kanji was delicious and their cutting chai while waiting for biryani takes us aback to the streets of triplicane❤️!Must visit for authentic chennai style Muslim biryani in GTA!!!❤️?“
“First time here and glad I came here. Food was amazing and delicious. Tandoori chicken was really tender and juicy. The butter chicken was nice and creamy. Would definitely come back. Also great service from Harpreet she was kind and sweet !“
“Chutney's has delicious Indian food! We had the onion bhaji, butter chicken, saag paneer, garlic naan and basmati rice and everything was amaaaazing! Can't wait to go back. The servers are so friendly and the owner is lovely. I wish I had taken photos!“
“The restaurant is upscale in appearance while offering food portions at reasonable prices. The food here is delicious and does Northern Indian food justice with the assortment of dishes they offer. The owner personally served us and was kind in answering questions and offering guidance on special dishes of the day. Came here with my family and everyone seemed to really enjoy it.“
“Lip smacking! Excellent food... very authentic for any tamilian living here. For those of you who can't handle the heat, please specify the heat levels and they will make it to your taste. Im definitely going back for more!! Nice and Cozy ambience... I absolutely love this restaurant!Vegetarian options: Lots of options for vegetarians“
“I'm a regular here. The food quality is amazing, ?? And the girl at the front is really sweet. Plus, it's open till 2am, so I can grab a bite after my evening shift. My favourites - bollywood burger, chat papri, golgappe. Prices are reasonable too.“
“Mouthwatering food , excellent service but knocking off one star coz their menu doesn't mention any spice levels. Everytime we want to order we need to confirm the spice with the server, which delays the whole ordering process. Would really appreciate if it's already included in the menu. From what I've tasted : Egg Tikhari, Masala Gravy and Surati Ghotalo - all spicy, Australian fry - medium spice.Kid-friendliness: High chair available“
“We moved to Etobicoke and found this place. We love the food we ordered, taste really good! The place is very very clean and neat, my 5 yr old kid was even amaze how clean the place is. The staff are very nice and neat too. This is my go to Indian Cuisine now here in Etobicoke!“
“I ordered online, and must compliment the food. There's a certain restaurant chain who had a similar concept but their quality and quantity dropped so fast, I've always been looking for a good replacement, and I am really happy that I finally found it. A must try!“
“While Spice Junction is moderately priced for Indian cuisine, the quality of the food and service justifies the cost. Portions are generous, and the option for set menus provides flexibility for different budgets. Overall, diners get excellent value for the exceptional dining experience offered.“
“I came for lunch with a friend and we ordered two of the lunch specials, and a samosa chaat. The chaat was incredible; samosa was crispy, and the chole and chutneys were delicious together. We ordered the chicken biryani special (as seen in the pic) and the paneer makhani special (our appetite took over so we didn’t photograph the second one haha). The lady working there is super sweet and the food was absolutely delicious, with huge portions too! When we left, we were stuffed to the brim. Will definitely be coming back again :)“
“I always love the food from here. It is the culture that it brings back. Specially Vatidaal Khaman is the best (surati style- not sweet). Their Veg puff and Samosas are also very delicious. Well, I would recommend few more items… and list will not end. You need to try it to know it.Vegetarian options: Pure vegetarian restaurant.Dietary restrictions: This is Swaminarayan vegetarian food. If you know, this food is made without Onion, Garlic.Parking: There is limited parking in the front.“
“This restaurant is in a class all by itself. As soon as you walk in the door you can feel the warmth coming from the staff, you immediately feel right at home. The food is OMG out of this world so good, I recommend trying all the different dishes.Keep up the good work you all ???“
“I visited this place with my cousin second time and today I tried malai chaap, peri peri chaap and biryani rice….the taste was finger licking and The atmosphere was quite and peaceful with very soft music and polite staff .My overall experience was just waaooww.“
“I have eaten in their small but cozy(and nicely appointed) dining room twice (though it appears they also do a lot of take out service), both times I tried their Thai lunch specials (an exceptional value) and the food is amazing (I eat out a lot, even do mini reviews of restaurants i post in videos..mostly of Thai and Indian restaurants..this is the first that is both..am planning on trying Indian menu next time). I can honestly say this is without a doubt the best Thai food I've had in GTA plus the owners are the most friendly and welcoming hosts I've ever encountered! I'd give 2 bonus stars for 7 out of 5 if the option was available and I agree with the other commenter who said this place should be busy ALL the time (in my opinion it's one the best restaurants in GTA).Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetarian (as well as pescatarian) options both on the Thai and Indian menus!“
“The food is really good specially the tandoori chicken and tandoori veg momos. I love their paneer tikk masala that was totaly different as I expected, it was little tangy and more flavourful. I tried few things, however all these was delicious. Moreover, the service was top notch( by Deepa). Thank you for making our dinner special. She checked time to time if we need anything.Looking for coming back soon……..Vegetarian options: Tandoori momos.“
“Very good experience, Today Visited here, ordered parathas. Tooo crispy and fresh, first time, I tasted such delicious parathas and Tea. Thanks to chef.Proper hygiene at this place?Server is very nice and professional.will come again and again?“
“Being an overboard fan of chaap(s) in all its varieties, this perhaps is the best chaap joint I have recently discovered, thanks to a friend of mine. The menu is simple but complicatedly delicious to order almost everything you see on it. Considering my extreme tolerance level for spice, I ended up ordering the Schezwan Chaap which comes with a gravy and it was beyond good. Also ended up getting the Vegetable Spring Rolls, which to my delight had the noodles filling, the same one we get back home in ?? rather than the conventional cabbage filling. The individual taking the order was quite soft to talk to, pretty knowledgeable & also recommended what dishes to try out based on the preference. The place to dine-in is still WIP but you are there for the food and not just for its ambience & so the food quality, for me atleast, was absolutely top notch.Vegetarian options: The menu is quite extensive vegetarian friendly and I belive is all vegetarian.Parking: Its in a strip mall plaza with abundant parking spots.“
“The owner was very attentive and dishes were brought out slowly, all made from scratch and freshly prepared for maximum enjoyment. Very enjoyable.Highly recommend ?Vegetarian options: The Manchurian veggie was very flavourful with a lovely sauce and the paneer pakora was light and delicious.“
“Nice place to have pani puri in indian street style where they serve the pani puri while u are standing near the trolley. The service is great and they are very patient. They offer 7 different flavours of pani, and flavors are dependent on the season you go in. But their pani is their strongest point as it tastes just the same as we get in india.Only suggestion to them is to fill up the puri with the aloo filling a bit more. Otherwise, everything is good.“
“I UberEats’d their butter chicken and plain rice on the side. The portion for rice was HUGE considering it was only $2.99 (it was in a medium sized tray filled to the brim) and the butter chicken was so creamy it was to die for. I will definitely be ordering more from them.“
