“Delicious food here. But the service is GOD Awful!!! The waiting time is anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes from the time you order. Be sure to check your food before leaving countless times you get something else or missing items. The food here is good not gonna lie there. But the service staff are either slow or let you wait there very long. If they said it's gonna take 10 minutes that's a LIE your waiting close to 40 mins. Would order again here but knowing the times is best. This is my experience from the last 10x I've been here. Lots of uber drivers there waiting and swearing it's fun to watch.“

The ladies here were so kind and patient with me as I asked questions about their vegetarian options and the differences between the flatbread offerings. This menu has such amazing variety and flavour profiles that I imagine even the pickiest eaters can find something they like (such as myself!). I was worried that the items I wanted to try would use too much garlic and onion As I write this review it’s 1:16 am and I don’t have any nausea so I think I’m in the clear. I ordered the paratha and Chana masala (the more tomato version) and a samosa with the tangy sauce. The total came to 26.88. I decided to eat part of the order there as it was already so late and I hadn’t eaten since 12 and having just finished work was hungry. The food was steaming hot which was amazing as I was cold on such a Canadian winter day. They were kind to not make me feel rushed at all considering the time. The environment in the restaurant was clean and calm and I know I was getting a good quality “home cooked meal”. There was great pride in her establishments menu and she explained how each item is made and prepared and how they differ. I enjoyed talking about the history of Trinidad and how Aroma has a mixture of Trinidadian , Jamaican, south and East Asian foods.

We ordered the vegetable Samosa, Pani Puri, eggplant curry, and the lentil curry. Everything was delicious and was fairly priced. Looking forward to ordering again!“

“I had the pleasure of eating at Goa a few days ago. The lady who seated us and helped with menu selection (Mary) was very welcoming and helpful. The menu is very interesting and diverse. I had the branzino and basmati rice. The portions were plentiful, flavourful and excellent. I will certainly return to try another dish in the future.“

“I got the lamb biriani. It is enormous! Can feed three. Of course it is mostly rice, but they are very generous with the meat too. A real hot, tasty biriani.

They include little tubs of raita, pickled onion and a green sauce, all of which help with the spice burn.

What I particularly love is that the prawns curry uses a good quantity of small prawns instead of the a just a few large ones that are often in used in other restaurants. It’s something I don’t see as much in restaurants here and it makes a big difference in taste. The flavours feel more authentic and balanced overall. Definitely a place I’d order from again.“

“Ordered the butter chicken roti and the street samosa and really enjoyed both, I'll be back. The butter chicken is delicious, though next time I'll add chick peas or something more on the filling. What you get is exactly as described - butter chicken in a roti wrap - and it could get messy. The street samosas were two samosas smashed, sliced and coated in sauces, sort of like a taco-bowl. Also delicious, and a big portion for an app. The mango lassi was just right and super thick, skip the straw and just crack the lid. Cheers!“

“We've done take out for many years. Their food is delicious and authentic!

We recently catered for a party from Bombay's Chutney as well. They have many sized trays to choose from to feed a crowd. We ordered garlic naan, gobi65, paneer makhni and chana masala 😊 The trays were hot and well packed, ready to go on time. Our guests LOVED all the food.
