“I was visiting from BC and happened to visit this place. I had the chana bhatura which was exceptional. The bhatura was so soft and delicious. Gaurav was my server and he was of great help. “Ordered Aloo Tikki noodle burger. It was so delicious.But I have one suggestion regarding this. Burger is so big as it hold plenty of stuff in it, its not easy to hold, please use a paper wrap or aluminum wrap to wrap it from one side to middle, so the noodles and patty wouldn’t be slipping out of it. “

That's how good it was!! Not overly sweet and the perfect consistency. Got the Ferrero Rocher and Blueberry Cheesecake. Both shakes were delicious! Presentation was on point and service was amazing as well!“

“I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday with 5 friends for a birthday lunch. Some of us have never had indian food. We had lots of questions and weren't sure what to order.
The waitress took her time to walk us thru the items on the menu and made some suggestions.

When the food came and we tasted the flavors we were all so happy. The food was so fresh and seasoned so well.

The friends that have had indian before said it's one of the best they've had.

As we were getting ready to leave the waitress brought a free dessert for the birthday girl and we all shared.

This will be a regular for me again.“

But service needs to be improved. Genuinely I feel 12 PM opening time for Sundays is little too late especially when you are serving breakfast items as well. Second, we ordered Egg Paplet and Egg Lahori and Egg dynamite. Server served Egg dynamite and Egg paplet very quickly but for Egg Lahori it took another 20-25 minutes, which was worthless. So this is our experience but again Food was really good and tasty.“

“I run a bed and breakfast in Caledon and wanted some savoury Indian food items for a special brunch. I asked my neighbourhood Facebook group for recommendations and Indian Spice Culture was one of the top choices for locals. I’m glad I chose them — the food was amazing and exactly what we wanted. I ordered some Chole Puri (chickpea curry and Indian fried bread — a classic North Indian breakfast item — a chickpea, onion, and tomato dish with very aromatic spices and deep fried Indian bread). We also ordered some extra Bhatura — a puffier bread.

The food was all very good, great quality, and generously portioned! Also, price was very reasonable for what I ordered. Great value and quality.

Service is amazing! The owner is very friendly and SO so helpful — I didn’t really know what I was ordering and learned so much from him about the different items I could choose for breakfast. He delivered the food on time for our buffet set up (and outside his normal hours!) and he even helped me set it up on the buffet table. It looked fantastic and tasted amazing!! The guests loved it and were very complimentary!

I look forward to catering more for our special occasions— takes our traditional Western breakfast up a few notches!

The paan leaf was fresh which made the pans really good beyond the good preparation. Strongly recommend for sweet paan.

“This a hidden gem of a place. It’s pure vegetation satvik food. The quality is top notch and the prices are nominal. We tried pav bhaji which is just $6 and tasted great. We also tried kesar srikhand, potato puff, dabeli, til laddoo, masala chai all of which were perfect. I saw lot of people were buying jalebi. There were a lot of items on display and I’ll definitely come back to try more !“
