I have to change my review. I wanted something dary free because i’m intolerant. The server said that almost everything in The menu can be prepared without dary and suggested a very good dish. Unfortunately it was not dary free and I’ve been affected for days. It ruined my vacation…

Loved the chilli fish and the butter naan was pillowy and soft. Definitely the best tandoori bread I've had in Toronto. Chicken tandoori momos and the malai kofta curry were good too. Will be back to try other curries.“

“We have passed the sign for Dhillon's Karahi many times without eating there. That is our loss. We decided on a whim to check it out this evening and were delighted with our meal. The samosas were delicious: having the sauces on top, rather than on the side, gave them a special flavour. The mixed vegetables and Lamb Korma were perfectly done. And the Naan and rice were the perfect compliments. We enjoyed and will be back. Thank you.“

“I was introduced to Gully by my friend Dwight the other day. He's raved about it previously and rightfully so! Everything was fantastic.
By far the biggest selection of Indian whiskies I've seen in the city, and then rest of the whisky collection is really well-curated. Chef Nalin is warm and charming, definitely knows his craft. Loved the wonderful cardamom-inflected smoked Old Fashioned and the pineapple Penicillin riff.
As impressive as the bar and drinks were, the food is the star of the show. I probably eat wings way too often, and the tandoori wings were the best-cooked wings I've had in the city in years, with a beautiful sauce. Loved the lamb chops, the corn tartlets, and the avocado chaat chips and dip for apps as well. And the curries! I've been dreaming since about the lamb shank and the shrimp coconut curries. Definitely will be back!“

“Absolutely delicious authentic indian food! You can tell this restaurant gets the best ingredients and puts in the effort in their spices. We went around 6 people, great and convenient location, just 5 min walk from Bloor and Yonge Station. We ordered Samosa Chat, Cheese Nan and Chicken Tikka Masala from the appetizer and had Lababdar and Special Butter Chicken in the main course. I must say, the food was so delicious, I am in love with Chicken Tikka Masala. The service was also nice, Will definitely go again.“

“Delicious food here. But the service is GOD Awful!!! The waiting time is anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes from the time you order. Be sure to check your food before leaving countless times you get something else or missing items. The food here is good not gonna lie there. But the service staff are either slow or let you wait there very long. If they said it's gonna take 10 minutes that's a LIE your waiting close to 40 mins. Would order again here but knowing the times is best. This is my experience from the last 10x I've been here. Lots of uber drivers there waiting and swearing it's fun to watch.“

“Just wrapping up my third visit here and it never disappoints. The food is incredibly delicious, hearty, and comforting — you can really tell they do justice to South Indian cuisine. The flavors honestly remind me of home.

The service is also great; everyone is welcoming and attentive. This has quickly become my go-to spot for a good South Indian meal. So far I’ve tried the Chettinad lamb curry, Madras curry, lamb biryani, chicken 65 biryani, and fish curry — all 10/10. Already looking forward to my next visit!“

“We had such an amazing experience here. On a freezing cold evening, enjoying hot, fresh, and steamy food was exactly what we needed — it felt so comforting. I was specifically craving Indian food, and this place absolutely delivered.

The food was delicious, full of flavour, and perfectly served for a cold night. A special mention to the chef Rajinder — truly amazing work.

The hospitality really stood out. Sunita took great care of us and was extremely kind and pleasant throughout. Rupil was also wonderful. We had a lovely conversation with the staff, and they made us feel very welcome.

Even though we were the last customers of the night, they were patient, never rushed us, and treated us with so much warmth and respect — something you don’t always find.

“If you're looking for a quaint indian restaurant with delicious indian food and excellent service, Kadak is the place. Try the Peacock cocktail, served in a delightful cup. We also had the butter chicken, the Aamchi mutton ( goat) and the kale saag paneer. Everything was flavorful, the meats were well seasoned and soft. Dessert was the Gulab Jamoon creme brulee. We requested a gluten free and nut free meal which was prepared for us at no extra cost. Thank you Kadak for a delicious meal.“

we a family of four visited last night for late night dinner and their staff recommended is a Veg golouti kebab to us and guess what it is one of the best kebab I have ever tried in GTA so far with very good service and royalty vibe - see you soon guys and everyone please try their non-veg Kebabs as well along with Gulab jamun and other desserts

First of all, the tiles on the wall are giving. First impression was already pleasant. And as a person who has no idea what a dosa is before stepping foot into this place, Im so glad, elated, that this is my introduction to the food. The crepe was crunchy and mellow, while the content inside just makes you want to take a bite one after another. The chutney was amazing and we love the coconut chutney, with bits of coconut that chewy and exploded flavours onto your tongue.

Even though they only have dosa, the options are insane. It’s my first time there and I was a bit overwhelmed with the choices, but now that I have tried one, I just cant wait to try them all.“

The food is absolutely delicious! I had the Butter Paneer Masala with rice and the Mango lassi. The proportions online made me think it was going to be a small portion, but it’s a sizeable portion. I was only able to eat half of it before I was full. The service was nice, I felt really welcomed by the people working at the restaurant. The inside interior is bright and colourful giving joyful vibe to the restaurant. I cannot wait to come back as I craved the food still after the visit.“
