“Absolutely delicious authentic indian food! You can tell this restaurant gets the best ingredients and puts in the effort in their spices. We went around 6 people, great and convenient location, just 5 min walk from Bloor and Yonge Station. We ordered Samosa Chat, Cheese Nan and Chicken Tikka Masala from the appetizer and had Lababdar and Special Butter Chicken in the main course. I must say, the food was so delicious, I am in love with Chicken Tikka Masala. The service was also nice, Will definitely go again.“

The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the bits of onion and bell pepper added a nice crunch and freshness. “Myself and 3 friends just tried Kadak for their Summerlicious Menus and we were extremely pleased with our choice! Their 3 course menu had lovely options and the server (owner?) asked if we would like to share so we could try more dishes and it was a great idea. All dishes were put in the middle of the table. We loved everything! It's the best Indian food I've had and the others in our party agreed. It's definitely worth a try and we will be back!“

We literally finished every plate! 😍 The portions were great, the flavors were amazing, and everything tasted fresh and well prepared.
Even the owner (I’m not sure if he was the owner) came by and asked if we wanted more food or refills. He was so kind and attentive, and that extra hospitality made us feel even more welcome.

“Food and cocktails are amm..mazing. Tried the pepper chicken, tandoori prawn, balchao toast, scallops, champaran maas and naans. For drinks we had the paan old fashioned, lychee lust, green mirage and mango lassi. Dessert was parle G cheesecake and the staff were so kind to throw in a mango lassi pannicotta. Hands down some of the best Indian food my family and I have had at a restaurant, period.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars for atmosphere is because there is no washroom inside the restaurant, which, considering that you have to use your hands to eat some or all of the food, is a little bit of a hassle. Otherwise, 5 stars all around!!“

“Post visiting the woodbine beach we were extremely hungry and found this place and guess what the service was quick, food top notch ..area was clean and to top it up we were given a taste of masala iced chai by Ripu which was one of its kind!!!
We tried paneer tikka Kathi roll, wada pav and soya tikka masala bowl😍😍 everything was delicious especially the bowl served with salad.

“The food was really good! We ordered the butter chicken with garlic roti and rice, and the portions were huge, easily enough for two hungry people.

Everything was so flavourful, and the staff was really kind and welcoming. The food does have the right level of kick, even if you have a low tolerance for spice, you can go with medium.

“My husband and I often visit Caffe Maurya, and it has become one of our favourite places in the neighbourhood. The food is always delicious, flavourful, and very filling. We especially enjoy the biryani and curries, and the portions are so generous that one serving is often enough for both of us.
Everything is freshly prepared and packed with flavour. We also love finishing our meal with gulab jamun, one of our favourite desserts, and the masala fries are absolutely amazing.
