Based on reviews, The Cottage Cheese - Urban Indian is easily the best Indian food, with creative dishes that have deep and complex tastes. The food is very good and the flavours are amazing but not too overwhelming. Each dish has a distinct and pleasant texture, and the plating is exceptional. Standout meals include the Spicy Mango Marg, Chicken 65, biryani, chicken mango curry, pink samosa chaat, green garlic naan, and saag chicken. The curries are good, and the rice pudding is good, but the Ras malai is a favourite. While some chicken can be on the drier side, the naan is a safe choice. Service is a big part of the experience; the staff actually care, are very polite, and knowledgeable. One server provided great recommendations and even gave a complimentary amuse-bouche and cottage cheese dessert. The restaurant is in the Michelin guide, which makes total sense. It is fairly expensive, but the ambience and top-notch service make it a must-try place.
