“Picked up their Gluten free fudge and regular brownie, must say that it was one of the best I've ever eaten. The texture, sweetness and overall taste were just perfectly balanced. Their Multigrain sourdough bread is also perfect. Must say that they really know their stuff..check it out of you want other authentic Italian products too“

“Had an awesome experience at this Mr. Sub location! I’ve been to quite a few Mr. Sub locations over the years, and this was only my second visit here. I ordered the assorted sub, and it was hands down one of the freshest and best-made sandwiches I’ve ever had. Everything was perfectly put together, loaded with fresh ingredients, and made with care.

I also noticed this location is much cleaner and more organized than it used to be. It honestly feels like the management has changed because the overall atmosphere is way better now. The place was spotless, hygienic, and very welcoming.

A big shoutout to the young lady working the afternoon shift. Even though it was super busy during the lunch rush, she stayed friendly, patient, and provided excellent customer service without missing a beat.

Overall, this location has really stepped up. Great food, excellent service, and a clean, welcoming environment. Definitely one of the best Mr. Sub locations I’ve visited, and I’ll be coming back for sure!“

“We have used Cocobellas for our Christmas luncheon for the last 6 years at work. We do a take out Turkey dinner for 80+ employees & have never had a bad experience. I've even referred Karen to Family for weddings & friends for Fundraisers.“

“Was looking for a place that would cater for some meetings, and discovered this place, which not only caters but has a small restaurant on site. Given their name they specialize in a wide range of sandwiches, but they also have an assortment of hot meals. Sandwiches tasty, hot meals very good. Coffee excellent.“

“Meadowvale Party Rentals was a wonderful vendor to work with for our wedding. We used them to book a large tent, tables, dinnerware, and a cotton candy machine for our backyard reception. They were professional, punctual and provided us with a smooth booking experience every step of the way. We could not have been more pleased with their services and the options they offered as part of our wedding package. Additionally, every service representative I spoke with was pleasant, knowledgeable and kind as well. They took meticulous notes whenever we had an addition or alteration to make. Simply perfect for what we needed. Our backyard reception looked stunning as a result of their efforts. We highly, highly recommend this company for your special event needs!“

“I came here on Sunday with my mother and kids, this location is very clean and organized compared to the Glen Erin Yogurty’s. We were served by a pretty girl working at the counter by the name Hiza. She gave us exceptional service with free samples for my kids! We felt welcomed and satisfied :)“
