We visited Newmarket's Leslie street location and it was a dump, very dirty, the workers were anti social, no spoons in any of the toppings, no fresh fruit at all . The cookie toppings were all old and the actual frozen yogurt was like water . We won't be returning to that location again.
I went to a London location tonight (white oaks). I poured some raspberry in a bowl and tasted a bit off my finger. It was pretty gross so I set it down and got a new bowl and the girl from the counter instantly said "is there something in the bowl you set there?" And I said yes I would pay for it, I just didn't like it and didn't want it melting in with my other yogurt. She was very rude and said "I asked when you came in if you had any questions about how this worked." Super...read full review
Very disappointed that the Milton location has removed the vegan coconut cream option! Vegan customers are now limited to a raspberry sorbet while dairy eating customers have at least 8 options to choose from. Will not be returning unless this option comes back. This also affects people allergic to dairy.
