“We hired Little Mushroom Catering for our wedding and Erika Kosmack as our day of Coordinator, and let me say it was one of the best decisions we made during our planning.

The food was so delicious and was everything we had asked for, we received so many compliments of our buffet spread, carvery station, and above all, our mashed potato martini bar! The staff was truly amazing with a huge smile on their face the entire time. We even brought the crowd favourite Bartender, Antoine to dance floor and he had the crowd absolutely ecstatic with his killer dance moves, which just added another highlight to the night!

Erika was our day of Coordinator but she was so much more than that! She helped bring our vision to life and helped with many questions, and last minute decision changes along the way. Our wedding was very much DIY leading up to the day so to be able to hand everything off to her to set every last detail up on the day of to leave us worry free was absolutely necessary and we couldn’t have done it without her!
